Tracy was amazing. The staff in general is friendly, welcoming, and engaging. The price was great for a gel mani with design. I wanted a new year theme so I opted for a cheers design, the countdown design, flowers as a fresh new start, and a firework with glitter nails. Go, Tracy, good job and I’ll be coming back!!
The Nail technicians know what they are doing. But If they're cutting to short ,or if it hurts tell them. Prices are some what expensive but Great quality and durable paint.
The lady was very kind and took her time doing my nails, however, I noticed they didn't use a liner for my pedicure and she didn't steralize her tools.
We always have great service when we come here, and from everyone, especially the owners “uncle” and his wife. This is not only our go to nail salon but they have become friends that we look forward to seeing.
I absolutely love this place! I needed a nail salon that was close by and went based off reviews. And I am so happy with the outcome! Correct me if I'm wrong but Cindy (I think that's what she said her name was!) did my mani/pedi today and did an absolutely amazing job. The location is always clean and everyone is so polite. I was able to relax, close my eyes and almost fall asleep (oopsies) during my pedi. Places like this deserve more recognition for the hard work they put in. I'm a happy customer and will be back! Thank you!
They are awesome. Love the management team. The managers & supporting staff always takes care of my my mom & my daughter. I recently went to do a pedicure as I didn't do this for a long time & Tony was fantastic. Happy Hi
I love the service there so far & I’ve been there with friends too, just call ahead at least the day of so you can be sure to be slotted in.
I went to get a pedicure because since having my second child I’ve barely had any me time, so I decided to come here to do so. I had a really good experience back in December when I came to get a pedicure, they were extremely professional & I loved how my pedicure came out. However, I cannot say the same thing about this last time I went. I asked for a regular pedicure & the person doing my feet (she had on glasses) obviously didn’t know what she was doing. Literally everyone came to help her while she was doing my feet, whether it was to take care of my ingrown toenail I had or filing down my toenails to get them even every single person had to help her with such small tasks. This is when I should’ve know that she was either new or just didn’t know what she was doing. What makes me even more irritated is that they let her continue with my pedicure rather than taking over or saying something. I’m even more disappointed that I had to pay full price! I will not be returning to Mimi’s & it sucks because I really wanted to like them!
