I have been going to Miss Nails for three years now every two weeks. I normally only go to Annie but she no longer works there. Janet (The Owner) is always trash talking any customer who brings forth a complaint about their nails. I was in a rush and gave the young Latina a chance . My nails weren’t good quality but I figured she was learning so I allowed her to finish. I lost two nails the next day and decided to go back in to get them fixed . Janet first told me I would need to wait four days for the young lady to fix it herself. I told her I couldn’t wait four days for a service I had already paid for . She reluctantly accepted I book an appointment with her the following day. As I’m booking the appointment Janet looks at the customer who was next to us and overheard the entire conversation and says “She always complains about something “. I was literally still standing in front of her when she said this. I have never been soo disrespected. I pay good money for my nails and often get designs I was not asking for a hand out. I will post My pictures that she uses on her website as FREE ADVERTISING (Annie did them of course). I doubt half the staff even have a license to perform the services they do. She has teenagers working there now too. Janet clearly cannot keep up with demand and has horrible customer service .
You hear about the horror stories of nail salons and how they talk about you. This is that place save your money . DLuxe Nail Salon is my new go to ???? your welcome.

The receptionist is amazing and helped me pick a great red color. My nail technician took into account my sore nails and small cut I came in with and was very gentle. He did a fantastic job on the design too! Their prices are so reasonable too! I’ve been going here since high school and loved watching the business grow and change :)
Just started going to Miss Nails. I ask for Janet whenever I get my full sets. She always does an amazing job and asks if everything looks good before moving to the next step. Always happy with my services, definitely recommend.
Sunny was my nail tech and he did a beautiful job. My nails are exactly as the picture I showed him. He was quick, detailed, and friendly. I’m so glad I got to have him as my nail tech today.

Got a fill in done by the owner and he made my fingers bleed. I wanted a soft white but I guess it was too complicated and he did my nails pink. Didnt even try to match the color I had so now I have two different pinks on my nails and they look disgusting. He never even apologized for making me bleed he just continued. This place is trash. They rush through customers just to make money.
Don is very detailed and takes his time to make sure you are satisfied with your color and nail shape ????
I usually go to villa nails but was in a rush and tried this place because it was closer. My nails were done by Kevin and he was absolutely amazing. I showed him a picture and at 1st he was not sure he could do it but he gave it a try .. It was his 1st time doing this design (ombre dip) and he did absolutely amazing. He took his time and made every detail perfect on my nails. The customers around me were very impressed and so was I. Kevin is a true artist and if you go and see him I promise you will not be disappointed!
