I love coming here. When you first walk-in the door, the front desk folks make eye contact with a smile and ask how they can help. (It’s important to smile from both sides to generate positive energy. It works!) For the times I’ve been here, it’s always busy so I highly recommend making an appointment. Brittany is my operator who is always on-time and consistent with the great haircut.???? I recommend this barber shop and again, highly recommend an appointment rather than walking-in hoping for an available operator. If you do walk-in without an appointment and there’s an available operator, consider yourself lucky and buy a lottery ticket.
Worst center I have seen, if I can give a zero star I would. No great service. Has too much attitude towards particular group of people. Least bothered about customers. Have fovouritisms. Waited 2 weeks for appointment and Turned me down even with the appointment, don't even know the reason. Don't value others time. Not at all accomodating. I wasted my 2 weeks for these people, I could have gone to some one else and get great service. I would never go back to the salon ever again.
Great haircuts, stupid reservation system. Walked into the store and the “system was down” - wanted me to follow a qr code to make a reservation. Just because something can be done on the internet doesn’t mean it should be.
They’re good. They pay attention to detail, they have a clean lobby, nice people, and their building doesn’t smell like it’s 100 years old with mold pouring out of the ceilings. They cut my hair good and they put pride and care into doing it. They have good relationships with customers so anyone can walk in the door and the employees already know who that guy is. Great hair place!
Daniel has been cutting my son’s hair for years and always does a great job! Even when my son has a hard time conveying exactly what he wants, Daniel takes the time to get it just right and even recommends which hair products to use. Great service and always professional! Highly recommend!!
I have been going to Mr. Ray’s for years. Always getting there right around 7 AM for a haircut. Show up today doors open sit down 6:55 like always. He’s cutting another persons hair which happens quite often before 7 AM. This morning though after sitting there for a few minutes and another patron walking in the owner decides to announce rudely they don’t open till 8 AM. And that’s all he says. I totally understand that the hours changed and we were both unaware that they treat regulars like that and have that kind of attitude to any customer to me is acceptable. The business obviously has enough customers already and don’t need several other regulars. I know he’s talked about wanting to get out of the business I guess this is a great way to do it.
Excellent barber shop. I get my hair cut by Shawn every 3 weeks, and he always nails it. Make sure you call ahead because they don't do walk ins, and it's unlikely to get an appointment the same day.
The best. Been getting my hair cut there for 10 plus years. Daniel is my barber. He's a young guy but has experience beyond his years. Always does a great job and is pleasant to converse with. Prices are reasonable, for this day and time.
