I love going here they always do a wonderful job!!! The only one I don’t let do my toes is the older lady:( she is nice but I don’t like her work:( everyone else is amazing!!
Been going here since they’ve opened. Very nice place and I’m never disappointed. Andy is awesome as well as Jenny and all the others that work there!
The little manager is a liar. I asked months ago about getting dip powder and she said, “ long nails can’t be dipped.” I said that to a friend and she laughed and said that she lied. Well fast forward to two weeks ago, I went to Lovely Nails in High Sorings, Fl, and guess what, I got a beautiful set of dipped nails for about $20 less than they charge.
They move you along between the two main nail techs as though you are chickens on Aline at a chicken factory.
I use to love my nails there but they had started looking crooked, and unattractive because they hurry you out. Shopping closer to home.
Great job! Lovely Nails. I am your new customer and sending others your way.
Absolutely my most favorite nail salon I’ve been to, they do amazing every time!
I used to come to this place months ago until they started racking extra costs on services and not telling me until it was time to pay (like $5 extra charges for longer nails even though I filed them at home myself) so I stopped coming. I decided to give them another shot and see how it went because they are conveniently close to my home. I picked a red gel color and asked Teddy if they had the matching regular color for my toes. He said he did and grabbed it. It's a bit dim there and the colors seemed to match. Once I paid and stepped outside, the colors looked very different. One wasa deep hot pink and the other red, the color I chose. When I went back inside, I was told that I picked the color and there was nothing they could do. I explained how the colors looked different in the light but nothing. I called a while late and spoke with Jenny and proceeded to tell her what happened. Jenny was very smug and rude to the point where she told me if I came back to change the color, I would have to pay even more. That honestly left me speechless. I will never step foot in here again and I will make sure to share my experience on every site possible. I felt so disrespected. I picked the color from a display of nails. It was RED., your tech picked both bottles and told me they matched. I paid for the service. The worst part is that no one can ever tell you who the owner is or how to contact them. This was a horrible experience, their customer service is disgusting.
When I get my nails done here they last for almost a month with no breakage. There is usually a wait as well but not for a long time.
Once again! Patiently through a whole pedicure I request twice she repaint my big toe. Lady didn't understand me and so I repeated it to owner. She looks at me doesn't say anything or proceed to make sure as a customer I could leave happy. I just requested maybe someone else paint thr big tow. I already chose to go with something I didn't want because she couldn't do my French tip properly. Ughh left unhappy! Friend has a great experience and they don't speak to say good bye, thank you or any response! Teddy is apparently amazing! Up until finish product of polishing I was happy! Never again. Two many times leaving unhappy!
Jenny is rude. Rushing everyone in and out. Won’t take appts. And you sit for hours. Def not about customer service. It’s sad because everyone else there is nice. But won’t go back because Jenny from the rude block !
