I had booked a 4 pm appointment. Am very dissatisfied after being a client here for the last more than 2 years I get treated like am getting free services.
So lady starts ,fixing my nails which I had said I want a deep in manicure and gel pedi. Half way my nails,she left me to serve someone else and passed me to someone else. I was Oky with being passed to someone else but was very disappointed that she didn’t even Finnish the manicure,all she did is do the deep in,no cleaning of my nails or removing cuticles. When I complained she has the guts to say that’s what you payed for yet I had not even paid and that’s not what I had made appointment for.
I would have rather waited and come back than be treated like am asking for free service. Not even considering have been a customer for almost 3 years. Photos attached for what she claimed to be full deep in manicure
I love this place. Tina does my nails and she is the best ! My DIP nails DO NOT chip and last for 4 weeks.
They lie about their prices. I have a call a day before my appointment asking about their price for dip powder, I was told by one of the ladies that dip powder cost $45 , with extension $5 extra and French design another $5 extra which the total would be $55. However, when I went to my appointment one of the girls at the front desk confirmed the same pricing. Once I finished the nails and went to check out the total became $10 extra.
I talked to one of the ladies and explained how I was told about the pricing. She said that the man who did my nails gave me $5 discount and the total is $65 . They completely changed the price and added extra money to the service.
My service took approximately 27 minutes and he was very fast with the nails and no detail to the work. It’s a shame how they charged me extra for no reason when I was confirmed on the same price $55. I don’t recommend coming here,

I’ve been coming to nail district for a few years now and I love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love Maricel. She’s been doing my dip for a few years and she’s the best. She’s very detailed. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
I enjoy my visit to this salon. I got a french pedicure and it was well done. The work area was very clean, the tools sterilized and the technician very knowledgeable. Color selection was decent with good brands like OPI and Essy. The french was done to perfection. The prices are a little higher than usual but for the location, nice decor and quality of polish its worth the extra dollars.
This is the best nail salon in south Florida! I have been coming since middle school and even after I moved to Miami I still come back. The best dip nails and the nicest staff.
