Takes me about three hours to get out of this nail salon, so be patient only some clients they do nail & pedi at the same time. They try their best with designs however they are not that great. Nails last 2-3 weeks. Prices are always changing so be aware of what you pay for
I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon here. I originally went in for a acrylic fill in and simple design. When I left I was underwhelmed, it wasn’t exactly what I wanted so I decided to go back and have it redone. Initially the woman who greeted me was nice and told me they would take care of it. The woman who did my nails was another story. When she sat down, I spoke and tried to be pleasant and she completely ignored me. The experience went down hill from there. The entire time she did my nails she was rude. She tried to take short cuts when fixing my nails and got even ruder when i asked her to fix them correctly. She rushed me and bumped my hands every time I tried to look at my nails to make sure I liked the new design. When she was done she said “you can go” and walked away. My nails looked worse than they did the first time. It was obvious she was extremely inconvenienced that she had to do my nails instead of continuing her nap in the back chair. I will never come back here again. You’d be better off going to a new place if they make a mistake because God forbid you say something about it, customer service goes out the window and they make it clear you aren’t welcome.
NEVER GO! THEY DO NOT CARE FOR CLIENTS! I was in a need of making my nails for a meeting 11:30 am. I called them 9:20 am to ask if someone was available. The lady on the phone told me to come that they had immediate availability. I arrived 9:30 am and there was another person with the lady that makes manicure. I patiently wait. At 10:25 am, the lady finally finished with the another person and started to remove my previous SNS and put my hands on nail remover liquid. Then, she sat me on another chair and started the nails of another person!. I though that she will take me back after some minutes, but 20 minutes passed and she continued with the other person. I told her that I have to go, that I arrived at 9:30, and they just said that I need to wait. Finally 11:15 am I decided to leave because I had the meeting. They barely clean the nail remover off my hands and I left worse than I came. This is the WORST place ever!!!... NEVER GO THERE!
NEVER AGAIN. I asked for a mani and pedi. The pedicure looks decent. The manicure is horrible. I repeatedly told the lady that my thumbnail had dark spots on my WHITE French tips. She blatantly ignores me and said “maybe it’s dirt”. But yet and still she wouldn’t remove the polish and reapply it. You know how you paint outside of the nail and polish gets all on your fingers? Yep, that’s what each of my nails looked like when I left. I got my nails done on Saturday 10/9/21 and today is Tuesday 10/12/21 and my nails look awful. 3 of them are already chipping and they look clump, uneven and a mess! $65 down the drain. I’m going on vacation tomorrow and was hoping to have pretty nails and toes. But at least the toes are holding up. Did I mention I paid for a gel manicure? Bypass this place. They have gotten to a point where they don’t value us as customers. And customer service is non existent.
I only get pedicures here. Bebe is the absolute best. If you have in grown toe nails and struggle with them- she is your girl!! She always does an amazing job, clean utensils, and great art work. I love her !!! Rose does great manicures. I've never gotten fake nails or gel on my nails so I cannot advise on that.
The worst experience ever! I came in for a fill in and the man who did my nails coerced me into taking off my nails and giving me a full set. I did not want that and of course tried to over charge me. He purposely didn’t put the top coat on my nails and they were not dry and smudged. I had to go back to have them redo my top coat. I will not return and I’m so glad I did not get a pedicure here the floors and pedicure stations were extremely nasty and gross.
I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. Ask for Rose for toes and Phillip for Manicure.
I had a great experience and an amazing pedicure with the foot scrub, feet and leg exfoliation, and massage. My feet felt like I was walking on clouds.
