The tech did a terrible job doing my acrylic gel nails. She made them chunky, messy, thick, uneven, and missed so many spots. She had difficulty doing my nails because she really only had 1 hand and maybe 6.5 fingers total. I didn't judge her from the beginning and gave her a fair chance, obviously she works there for a reason. Well she kept maneuvering my hands to accommodate her and it was uncomfortable for me and she kept pulling my hand aggressively to do so. She just wasn't capable of doing certain techniques due to her disability and while I feel for her, it's not fair that I had to pay full price for poor quality service. The salon itself was not clean whatsoever and she wasn't hygienic in any of her practices and took many short cuts. I hate that I have to make this review, and I hate my nails even more.
I am very happy with the service! I have not been in a salon in 40 years, and they made me feel like a Disney princess. All I had done was get my toenails painted. They looked so pretty and I feel like they go above and beyond for their customers.
So happy I decided to come here today, even though it was only 3 people working they all did a great job keeping everyone patient and seated. I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time. Its the best way to go during the pandemic. James did great!!! Thank you.
I took me and my sister here (as it was her first time ever getting her nails done) and both of our nails came out horrible. I asked for a refund, and for them to soak them off. And they told me no. They’ll just redo them, unfortunately I did not feel comfortable going back. They were so thinly applied one of my nails broke 2 days later. Just an overall horrible experience. I will never come back. I never leave reviews, and it makes me upset to even have to leave a bad review. But, I paid $53 for my nails. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else.
I go here because it is conveniently located for me. I recommend making an appointment. Are they the friendliest staff? Not at all. Do they listen and accommodate your needs? Yes they do. Ive had decent pedicures done that last, and gel polish that lasts and lasts! Last time I had one gel nail chip. I went back and they fixed it for me. No questions asked. Squeezed me in between the other clients. I was thrilled. The other 9 looked great and I didn’t want to take them all off due to one chip. It stayed on for 3 weeks! I thought this was absolutely great. If you don’t like how they take off the gel, soak it off at home. That’s what I do. I have never had a bad experience. Just don’t expect lots of small talk and chit chat!
Got my granddaughter nails done with gel polish and it came off almost all her nail except 3 nail by the morning! $25 wasted
