Quick Facts About Nails Now
Nails Now has received a mix of positive and negative comments, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses of the business. These comments allow us to assess their overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Starting with the strengths, it is evident that Nails Now excels in providing excellent service and skillful nail technicians. Multiple comments mention how satisfied customers are with the quality of their nails. One customer even mentions that Nails Now was better and cheaper than their previous nail salon. The positive experiences of customers and their willingness to recommend Nails Now to others demonstrate the trust and loyalty they have built with their clients.
Another strength of Nails Now is their friendly and welcoming staff. Several comments mention how the employees were accommodating, kind, and made the customers feel comfortable. The fact that the staff laughed with the customers and created an enjoyable atmosphere speaks to the positive customer service experience.
Furthermore, Nails Now seems to value customer feedback and takes it seriously. The son of the owners apologizes for an incident involving a disabled 14-year-old and promises to improve the situation in the future. This demonstrates their commitment to addressing and rectifying any issues that may arise, which is a positive approach.
However, Nails Now also has weaknesses based on the negative comments. One customer claims that an employee of Nails Now mocked their disabled mother, making her cry. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, and it is understandable why the commenter decided never to go back. Another customer shared a similar experience, where a teenager with cerebral palsy was refused service and humiliated. This pattern of mistreating disabled individuals evidences a severe weakness in their customer service and inclusivity practices.
There are also complaints regarding rushed and unsatisfactory service. One commenter mentioned that the nail technician did not redo the nails even when they expressed dissatisfaction. Another customer felt rushed and mentioned that the staff was rude and aggressive. These comments indicate a lack of attention to customer needs and a failure to provide a satisfactory experience.
Additionally, price dissatisfaction is raised as several comments mention feeling ripped off for the quality they received. One customer paid $80 for a messy and subpar result, leaving them disappointed. This suggests a disparity between the value customers perceive and the price they pay, which is a weakness for Nails Now.
In conclusion, Nails Now has strengths in terms of excellent nail services, friendly staff, and a commitment to addressing customer concerns. However, they have significant weaknesses in their treatment of disabled individuals, rush and unsatisfactory service, and price dissatisfaction. It is crucial for Nails Now to address these weaknesses and work towards inclusivity, improved customer satisfaction, and better value for the services provided.

They did an AMAZING job on my daughter's nails, as well as for two friends of mine (I don't do nails), without us even having an appointment- AND they were better and cheaper the last place we went to. Everyone that worked there was welcoming and laughed at our silliness. They just gained a whole group of loyal customers (not that they even needed us).
Thank you so much for excellent service every time. Today Liz was my nail tech and she did an excellent job plus I now have 2 eyebrows and a sweet gift!
Thank you again!
My grandmother has been using nails now for years and she loves them. Tammy and Mike do her nails and she really loves them! 10/10 recommend!!! ????
This business and it's employees believe in making fun of disabled individuals to the point that they cry. I took my mother here after she had several strokes and we had been many times before, but the last time we went the tech was incredibly rude and repeatedly yelled at my mother to put her fingers flat and then began yelling to another employee and gesturing about her hand and then began to make a "claw" with her own quite similar to my mother's hand. That's when I knew we'd never go back.
Today 12/03/22 a teenage girl with cerebral palsy went to get her nails done for winter formal. She was refused service, her hand was called useless and she too left in tears. This business does not deserve your money or your support. There are far better nail salons in Ardmore. Check out Galaxy Nails. They've never let me down, even when I asked for something difficult or time consuming.
Hello this is the son from the owners of “Nails Now” as some of you know there was a post on the “Southern Oklahoma Uncensored Scanner Feeds” page about how we turned away a disabled 14 year old and berated her until she cried. I would like to speak light on this situation as only you guys have only heard one side of the story and not both. My father and our staff are currently not very fluent in English as it’s our second language and we prefer to speak in Vietnamese. When the 14 year old girl and her friends/family came in we had our Nail Technician (Tammy) try and give her a manicure, but the problem was that her fingers were naturally in a clenched state and not flat. Tammy tried her best to see what she can do and even offered the 14’s year old friend to try and help make the fingers flat for it to be safely to give service on, but to no avail. We take safety and priority very seriously because if we were to give the service we could’ve damaged and hurt the poor girls hands. I hope this messages reaches to all the people who were angry and unsatisfied with the situation and I will be talking to my father for how we can improve the situation going forward in the future. Again I’m truly sorry for how this all unraveled and I’m giving my condolences to the family involved.
Tammy did an amazing job on my wife's nails even though I picked the color and tried to describe what I had in my head for them to look like. They were better than I imagined.
Will never go back! The nail tech was pushy and would do what I asked multiple times. Then when I expressed I did not like it got told there was no time to redo them.
I wasn’t going to complain or write negative review but here it goes. This is the second time I have been here . The first time my set was uneven. I said something . I felt so rushed both times. The lady who gave me my pedicure did a good job but she was rude and aggressive.
This is not how dipping should ever look regardless the length.
It was slow no need for me to be rushed around and the powder is lumpy on my nails I paid $80 for this mess.
