Went in yesterday to get my Daughter & I’s nails done. Everything was great at first but near the end my nails were rushed through, my left hand not fully dried. I now have 3 nails where the polish is messed up. Also I felt my Daughter was over charged for her nails. Will not be returning afterall.
I always go to this nail salon to get my brows done and they always look so good. I let a different lady do them today and I asked for a little hair off, she made them paper thin. I am disgusted.
On July 16,2021 I took my two daughters, their sister and my goddaughter to this salon. My oldest daughter and her god sister who are the same age received the exact same thing, A mani and pedi. When it was time to check out one was charged $45 and the other $42. I asked the female owner why was this. She stated because my daughter was taller she was being charged $3 extra. I have never in my life seen any salon charge for height. This is discrimination!!!! No where in the salon does it states this. This isn’t my first time encountering this salon making up prices as they go along. When I noticed it happening to me on two different occasions. I shouldn’t have never returned. The owner was very nasty about the incident and took no accountability. Her attitude was horrible, and stated since they was taking the three dollars off the total why was I still complaining. If my child had any type of insecurities regarding her height, this incident would’ve been a major trigger her. This is unacceptable!!!!
Took my sister and nieces here and they messed up on all our nails when my sister and niece told them what they wanted and they also showed them a picture of what they wanted they still did them wrong worst experience ever!!!! I would not go there
Tammy is up and down. Sometimes she can be ok other times very nasty! Her attitude is terrible. Talking about customers in her native language. Rude!
I just was there and they are amazing. My nail stylist added some special touches to my nails and made them even more pop for the holidays. Ring finger nail was only suppose to have the snow flake but she added sparkle and white dots
Loved the workers and my nails look good I think I’ll make this my own personal nail salon I’ll definitely come back.
Please watch you receipt and calculate the total on your own. I was overcharged and then when I told them they overcharged they claimed me they claimed the extra money is needed instead of refunding me . You can't change the price after you quote a price at the register 2 minutes prior. They have lost my business. Dishonest business practices. Calculate your own total they give you and check your receipts people. You have been warned.
