My dogs have seen several groomers over their lives and this was one of the best! She was able to get my dogs in the next day and did a wonderful job. Most impressed with the fades she did around their faces and paws!

We have been taking our Shih-Tzu to Pampered Pooches Grooming Spa for close to two years now. Eva, the Owner, has always been his one and only groomer. When we picked him up today we noticed he had received a pretty bad cut (ears, tail and head were so poorly trimmed it looked like a five year old did it) We were charged $65 for this bad job. When we asked to speak to her- she let us know she had turned over the “job” to another groomer/business (operating under her same roof) named Spa Fur Paws and that Jordan had been his groomer. Jordan is her daughter and admitted to having little to no experience with small breeds. We were completely unaware she was handing over “doggie clients” to her inexperienced daughter without prior consent of the Owner. When asked to remedy the problem- she refused and wouldn’t take responsibility. She’s an incredibly defensive and argumentative individual. This is a bait and switch operation. Under her company name, “Pampered Pooches Grooming and Spa” she advertises 21 years experience (according to her) but when dropping off your pets- what you really get is her inexperienced daughter charging the same high rate for terrible grooming service. This is super unethical and unprofessional. Not to mention dangerous if you lack experience with all size breeds. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Look for an honest Groomer!

Courteous, fast, respectful did an amazing job on my dad's dog!!! Love ❤️ this place. This is Toby he is a 10 1/2 year old senior. He did great for his first appointment they handled him beautifully. Considering he hated his nails clipped. They did a great job!

First Time Customer. Took My Little Chihuahua for a grooming service and he came so fresh and so clean! Great job! Will definitely make regular visits here!

First experience for my fur baby. He had a great time with staff and the other pup clientele. He looks wonderful and he was one happy pooch after this grooming experience. Looking forward to making this a routine and trying out their doggie day care.
