Quick Facts About Warrior zone
Warrior Zone is a facility located on Fort Wainwright that offers various amenities and services to soldiers on the installation. The comments provided highlight both the strengths and weaknesses of this establishment.
One of the key strengths of Warrior Zone is the quality of the food and the level of customer service. Multiple comments mention the great food and service, indicating that the establishment consistently delivers above-average options. This positive dining experience is a significant strength, as it provides a desirable option for soldiers who may be looking for a quality meal. Additionally, the availability of other facilities such as video games, an internet cafe, and a movie room adds value to the overall experience of soldiers visiting Warrior Zone.
The proximity of Warrior Zone to the Welcome Center is another notable strength. As mentioned in one of the comments, this makes it an ideal location for new soldiers arriving at the installation who may not have their own transportation. Being within walking distance allows these soldiers to easily access the amenities and services offered by Warrior Zone, providing them with entertainment and dining options shortly after their arrival.
The availability of pool tables and game systems is also mentioned as a positive aspect of Warrior Zone. This feature provides soldiers with opportunities for recreational activities and socializing with their peers. It adds to the overall atmosphere of the facility, making it a more vibrant and lively space for soldiers to spend their leisure time.
On the other hand, there are a few weaknesses highlighted in the comments. One of the weaknesses mentioned is the inconsistency in the quality of the ranch sauce. While one comment praises the ranch, another comment expresses disappointment in its taste and compares it to how it used to be. This inconsistency could potentially be a turn-off for customers who have come to enjoy the ranch sauce in the past but find it lacking in recent visits.
Another weakness pointed out in a comment is the slow service at the bar. This could be attributed to the fact that there is only one bartender servicing a large number of people. The slow service can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction among customers who expect prompt and efficient service.
Furthermore, one comment mentions the availability of other bars and pubs in town that offer a more relaxing or fun atmosphere. This suggests that Warrior Zone may face competition from other establishments and may need to work on creating a more inviting and enjoyable environment for its customers.
Lastly, the comment about the CAC computers being slow and having difficulty accessing sites for work highlights a weakness in the functionality of the computer lab. Soldiers rely on these computers for work-related tasks, and if they experience technical difficulties or slow performance, it can be frustrating and hinder their productivity.
Overall, the strengths of Warrior Zone include its great food and service, proximity to the Welcome Center, availability of additional facilities, and a vibrant atmosphere with pool tables and game systems. However, there are weaknesses in terms of inconsistency in the quality of certain menu items, slow service at the bar, competition from other establishments, and technical issues with the CAC computers. Addressing these weaknesses could further enhance the overall experience of soldiers visiting Warrior Zone.
Best TL Reviews
I have eaten here several times. Great food and service. One of the few above average options on Fort Wainwright. Other facilities such as video games, Internet cafe, and movie room are available for Soldiers. It’s walking distance from the Welcome Center so ideal for new Soldiers arriving to the installation. Many of whom don’t have transportation.
I haven't personally sat down to eat here, but as far as take out..5 stars. The ranch alone gets 10 stars!!!! Everything I've had has been good & the cashiers have always been nice. I'm mainly reviewing for the ranch bc it's that good!
Update- I feel like they changed their ranch or something. It's not as amazing as it once was :(
I got the chance to hang out with my son Gavin and play some pool while I was visiting. Nice area to hang out.
My ratings have went down from a 5/5 to a 2/5. So I loved their wings and fries, 10 BBQ wings and large side of fries to be exact. Even great conversation with all the employees and a good time and great healthy atmosphere. Nice prices for the food and good quality. I then in November of 2021 ordered my usual and immediately got sick and was sick for about a week and a half. And then once I felt better I had to make the decision that I was not going to eat there again. I get back from leave and couldn’t resist so I treated myself and ordered my normal and thought it would be better 3 months later. Here I am sick and sad once again from there chicken wings. But they’re so good!!!!!….. lol decisions good and sick or normal and strong ? I’ll stick with normal and strong (personal preference)
Only one bartender for like 100 people super slow slow
Surprisingly great. You can tell a lot of money has been put into this place. The computer lab is by far one of the best places to use on post. Not to mention a bar, pool tables, and game systems. All within walking distance of most barracks.
It's clean and the prices are okay, but the service was terrible, bar tender was very rude. There's other bars and pubs in town offering a more relaxing or fun atmosphere. I'd much rather stay in with a 6 pack and ESPN than go here again.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shows lots of different types of movies. Great bar and food for the price. The CAC computers have a hard time accessing sites for work are slow
