I’ve tried giving this nail salon so many chances I would go because they would do a decent job but today was the last straw. Today this one lady I believe is the manger or owner I don’t know but I swear she rushed me to pick a color didn’t even give me 2 minutes then when I tried to ask my niece on her opinion about what color I should choose she literally talked over me and told me 5 times in a very rude way to sit you know when someone is having a bad day … but people just look at this job they did I could honestly do this at home this is honestly very sad and will never be returning and if your looking for someone to do your nails DO NOT COME HERE save your money and time because they are very rude . I never like to do these but I think people should know it’s upsetting when you try to go do something nice for yourself and get treated in that manner especially when your paying for the service to get done right… and of course I am not leaving a tip when my nails look like that and especially on how we were being treated the it’s very sad.
So glad I found this little diamond place. Let me say Passion Nails and Spa is a great place to go. They do beyond great work. Highly trained professionals. But, you better call before you go for a appointment because it’s a very popular place here in Flowery Branch. The staff is nice and very welcoming. I will not go anywhere else! And you should do the same! So go see them! Your sure to enjoy the experience!
I absolutely love this place!! Everyone that has done my nails before always does an excellent job! They are very kind and if you have an inspo picture they usually are able to do it. The prices are good for the work that they do. Highly recommend!
They were very busy when I came in, Lan was very welcoming and asked I could wait a little while. 100% worth the wait! They did an exceptional job on my nails and my pedicure. I will definitely be coming back!
ASK FOR PAZY!!
This was my first time visiting this nail salon.
Based on the reviews I requested Lan for an appointment. When I arrived I was questioned by Lan if I was referred by another client. I told her no, I based my decision on positive reviews that mentioned her by name. She then passed me off to another technician. I will admit, I was turned off by this gesture. The nail Technician that provided my service was PAZY. She is GREAT! Very personable, professional and gentle! My nails looked great! Andy took care of my pedicure and he was wonderful too! I am very particular about my nails and about customer service. If my experience with the owner would have been handled better I would have given 5 stars. I will be back see to PAZY soon!

The place was nice , clean and brand new nail salon. People are so friendly Lan was Best doing my nails I known her for decade. She always do my nails I luv to the way she doing my nails... I.very relaxing place for me....
I never leave reviews, but I have been going here for almost a year now. I am NEVER disappointed, this staff is some of the most friendly people I have ever met and they always do an amazing job. I highly recommend coming here!!
I absolutely love Passion Nails & all of the people who work here. I have never had a bad experience and have had my nails done by several of the girls. Not only do they do a great job, but they also are so kind and welcoming. My second time visiting, they remembered personal details from my first visit. After that, I knew I was a customer for life! :)
