Not the best beauty supply store. For the most part, they have the basics. My BIGGEST complaint is that they watch EVERY customer the minute they enter as if we're all coming to steal. And the "sales" people are NOT friendly. I spend A LOT in oils for me and my family, don't need to throw away my coins at a place where they're not happy to have your business.
You gotta watch this place. I put made a purchase under ten dollars with no mention of an extra charge for debit under ten and wasn’t charged extra either. I went back to get a product I had forgotten and was charge a whole dollar more than the item purchased to be told they charge extra for purchases under 10.00. No clear communication before hand and not consistent either. Just always get a receipt and pay attention to ransoms charges.
They have many products in stock. Customer service is lacking. I go there just for quick items.

I have a friend that works there he's Korean very nice gentleman he helps you out. And the store has expanded and I can find everything I need I enjoy myself shopping again
I always frequented this store until they followed my daughters this past September. My youngest daughter went to the counter to ask about a product and noticed that the Hispanic lady was watching them the entire time on the camera. Even then, my daughters paid for their items. My daughters called me to tell me what happened. I went to the store and the lady denied that my daughters were being followed. I asked her if she forgot what year this was and reminded her that her paycheck comes from us, the customers. I also reminded her that she was no different from us in this country. Never will I allow my daughters to be denigrated like that by anyone. I demanded that she give my children back their money and told my children to her face to never give a store your money if they see you only as a thief!
I like going to these Korean owned beauty supply stores because they've figured out how to not make you feel like you're being watched. They have an African brother there who was really helpful, so much so that I tipped him on my way out. He was surprised.
