If you are thinking about taking an elderly person to have their hair done... DONT". I took my grandmother and my mother to have their hair permed and cut and ELIDA did a terrible terrible job. She left my mother's hair very crooked and she left my grandmother unattended with perm solution in her hair while she went to cut someone else's hair. With that being said she had over processed her hair. When she went back to her she rinsed the solution off of her but left her soaked. My grandmother told her that she would like to comb her hair herself. When she pulled out her comb she took it from my grandmother and showed her co workers the comb and made a comment that those were very old combs and no one used them anymore. They all laughed at that. My grandmother is 94 and frail and would never hurt anyone's feelings that way...or any way. She had mentioned this to me today but also let me know this was not the first time that she had been humiliated by her. If you do decide to use this establishment stay with the person you took..not that it would make their hair any better but to make sure they are not mis treated. The perm was terrible by the way and crooked.
I only called to check prices. Considering the range of services vary, I have the ability to narrow down my current hair status and relay my wants. The service I wanted wasn't too difficult. A trim, all over color with a bleach lift prior and a basic facial. I described my hair length and all I wanted was a ballpark estimate; even if they said $300 to be safe, I'd have some kind of understanding. Not everyone can drive around salon shopping to choose one. They couldn't help me with a price at all. However they did give me a basic facial price of roughly $50; and they increase from there. That's a bit insane to me for the starting price to be $50. Again I didn't go in, only called so I can't bash them, nor do I want to. I just want to share my experience for the next person who may be in a similar situation as I was so they can decide if it's worth it to call.

Great service. The hairdresser was really nice and did a great job with my hair cut.
Went to get my hair dyed black and get my bangs trimmed and they charged me $160. My hair was already black just went in for a touch up. I had asked before and the only Male who works there told me they charge $80 for black hair dye. But when i went this time the Lady charged me $160. I didn't want to argue but i think they over charged me. They constantly change there prices on me. Sometimes i Pay $25 for a trim and other times $35.

I can’t get enough about this salon, first thing first its absolutely clean, and the staff is super friendly. Please don’t be distracted with the area, but I assure you, the service you will receive will be absolutely the best. Everyone working their is highly skilled. I personally see Rudy he has done my hair for the past 7 years. He is at best at what he does, he is reasonable with the prices he provides. I assure he will leave you satisfied with his work, come down and try it for yourself!
