I came here a few awhile ago to get some tape ins and it was amazing. Those tape ins lasted me a while. I was even able to come in and get them refreshed. The ladies there were the sweetest and made me feel so welcomed. That was my first time getting a tape in so I was so scared, but the staff assured me that it would be okay and made sure to make me feel comfortable about any concerns regarding straightening my hair. I can’t wait to come back!

Great customer service, friendly and welcoming. I get my hair and my nails done there and top tier quality. Always get compliments on my hair and nails. Definitely would recommend.

I saw this page on instagram and decided to make use of their current promotion. I bought a lace frontal and got a free installation. It was my first time getting a wig installation and I was a little worried because I know nothing about hair, but they were super helpful and patient with me to explain. Let me tell you, I really got more than I bargained for because your girl looked fireee. The owner was my stylist and she was super efficient and professional. My hair was perfect. Completely unethical practices happen here. Ladies if you come here to get a weave done, DO NOT let them walk to the back to take your hair out the packaging. I was going to a stylist name Chi Chi (Chinyere) & had been a client for years but I guess greed got the best of her & she switched out my hair for some cheap thin quality hair that I believe she was selling at one point. I brought hair from her years ago & said never again because it was too thin & poor quality.

The owner is also in on it. When I called the owner to try & rectify this, she made it seem like I was making this up. I had been getting my hair done for over 10 years. I would never buy low quality hair, that's just not me. It might work for some, but I want my hair to last & look good, so I would never go the cheap route. I know for certain they switched my hair out & probably will resell the hair I brought. Just completely awful as a business.

First I want to say I love supporting black businesses but hunny this ain’t it! The customer service and professionalism is negative 0 ????️okkkk. I saw this place and wanted to give them a try. I spoke to the owner Jessica and we discussed what I wanted and the price. I do cash like 90% of people so I sent a Zelle deposit with my business account. Before leaving Jessica told me that is better if I do cash verses credit because of a fee which I understood is better for owners. The day of my appointment hours before I reached out to her to ask how much of a fee for a credit card transaction, since I was waiting on a new debit card in the mail. I told her I would pay cash $120 for installation and the hair I would put it on my credit card. Jessica responded by telling me that her credit card machine wasn’t working and that I can Zelle her. I explained to her that I don’t use my business account for non business transactions, and since her credit card machine isn’t working can we reschedule. I got No answer. This was on a Monday and I reached back out to her on Friday, and inquired about her credit card machine and if it was still out of service, since my debit card didn’t arrive yet. Long story short I never got an answer from her. Which was unprofessional and it shows that she obviously doesn’t want her business tracked by the IRS so she rather do transactions of the books but it should be about the customer. 2 weeks after I reached out to her about getting my deposit back since I didn’t receive the services due to the sudden credit machine issues she had. This money hungry unprofessional lady that needs to be reported by the IRS for lying most likely about her finances insinuated I don’t have the money for my hair and was trying to go back and forth about a $25 deposit. I had to explain to her I’m a real business woman and a customer so even if it was $1 and I didn’t get the services I want my money back because is the principal I didn’t cancel you just didn’t want be to use my credit card. ????????‍♀️ So do yourself a favor go somewhere professional black owned that know how to provide quality services.

My hair dresser(Jessica) and her assistants is always pleasant, respectful and courteous. The place is very clean and nice they practicing social distances. You must wear a mask or you will not get service. Jessica always make sure that my hair is always perfect before I leave. They are very flexible with your schedule.

I’ve been getting my hair done at POSH for 8 years Chi Chi. Is my stylist she’s Amazing my former stylist sucked, & I was referred to chi chi by a friend and have been with her ever since; She is WICKED with the scissors I get soooo many compliments on my Hair styles & Now my daughter goes to her and a few others I recommended. The ladies in the salon are friendly They are also polite . The shop is very clean which is very important . Pricing is reasonable from what I can tell with my stylist and worth every dollar also Chi Chi is very funny she keeps me laughing while I’m in her chair. So if you’re looking for a stylist & shop that’s POSH !!!! Go see CHI CHI SHE’S AMAZING!!!!!!

Jessica is the best hair stylist! My hair is always on point. She is versatile. Weaves, natural, braids, she does it all. I have never got a bad hair style, and my own hair is healthy and beautiful!!! Thank you, Jess for the best styling experience.
