I LOVE this place!! Kim and Mike have always been amazing and I’ve been going here for years! The prices are still so good considering everything else has gone up their prices have stayed the same! Nails are always done well and in a timely fashion I truly have No complaints
Everyone’s always friendly, and I have a few favorites. Especially the gentleman. I am always so very ticklish, but his pedicures are perfect!
I really enjoy there leg massages when I get a pedicure but the last two times outta the three I’ve noticed the gel don’t even last for even two weeks and the next day u can see my nails showing already around the cuticles and gel polish no longer covering the nail either but my design came out really pretty don’t think I’m go back i was told ask for nina
Everytime I go to Princess Nails I always have a wonderful experience specially with my nail tech lady Cindy. She is so talented, patient, and very professional. Every time I get my nails done by her I always get compliments on how beautiful my nails are and I always let her freestyle on my nails and she doesn’t fail my nails always turn out more then what I expected.
Nina always does a great job
The atmosphere is very comfortable, however none of their gel polish match a regular color. Cindy waited until she did my nails to say she couldn’t do my pedicure due to me being ten minutes late due to very bad weather a rain storm. So I had to settle for only a polish change in which didn’t even match my nails. I feel they need to know that customers come first and to have more of an understanding to customers and get better matching polish..
Acrylic Nails broke and damaged my real nails. Although they readily repaired it, two more broke with two days. Horrible craftsmanship and Nina has been rude on more than one occasion. My first time should have been my last!
I get pedicure, manicure & eyebrows waxed here. Cindi is my girl! She is so funny and everyone there is super nice and welcoming. I have, at one point, gone to everyone there and they all do a nice job. Clean salon, professional staff, relaxing environment. I've never had an issue. Thank you!!
