Quick Facts About Pro Nails

Pro Nails is a nail salon that has received mixed reviews from customers. We will analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the salon based on the comments provided.
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentioned that the staff was friendly during their visit. This indicates that the salon has a welcoming and amiable atmosphere, which can contribute to a positive customer experience. Additionally, another customer expressed their satisfaction with the dipping technique used for their nails. They described their nails as light and not too thick, and mentioned that the results were amazing. This suggests that Pro Nails is capable of providing high-quality services and staying up-to-date with trending techniques.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses highlighted by customers that should be addressed. One recurring issue mentioned by multiple customers is the lack of attention to detail and poor nail work. Customers reported uneven and thick nails, messy nail polish application, and nails that broke easily. These comments indicate a lack of consistency and precision in the salon's work, which can lead to customer dissatisfaction. Another weakness is the lack of communication and proper consultation. One customer requested a specific type of nail service but was given a different one without their consent. This shows a failure in understanding and meeting customer expectations.
In terms of customer service, there were both positive and negative experiences reported. While some customers found certain staff members to be nice and friendly, others had encounters with rude and unprofessional staff. One customer mentioned feeling uncomfortable with a male technician who disregarded their preferences. This inconsistency in customer service reflects poorly on the overall professionalism of the salon.
Pricing and transparency were also areas of concern for some customers. One customer stated that they were charged more than expected and were not provided with the services they requested. This indicates a lack of clarity in pricing and a failure to properly communicate with customers about the services being rendered.
Furthermore, several customers experienced issues with their nails shortly after their visit to Pro Nails. Complaints of nails cracking, pain, and designs being messy and uneven were mentioned. These recurring issues demonstrate a lack of skill and attention during the nail service. Additionally, the fact that these problems have occurred more than once for certain customers suggests a pattern of inconsistency and poor quality work.
In conclusion, based on the feedback provided, Pro Nails has some strengths such as a friendly staff and the ability to provide satisfactory results with certain techniques. However, there are several weaknesses that need to be addressed. These include inconsistencies in nail work, poor attention to detail, unprofessional behavior from some staff members, issues with communication and transparency in pricing, and recurring problems with nail quality. Pro Nails should focus on improving these areas in order to provide a consistent and satisfactory experience for their customers.

Best TL Reviews

I will never ever come here again. The lady was really nice but I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and she tried to argue with me, along with the younger girl that works there, that my pinky nail is supposed to be a lot longer than my thumb because each nail is the same length. Seriously? Because of that, all my nails had to be short. Whatever I'll live with it. Then each nail is so unbelievably thick and uneven, every nail looks different, and almost every corner is messed up. I should've not paid or demanded a refund.
Day two: Every finger is on fire due to all the tiny little cuts on my cuticles. I can't even justify spending another $40 to get them fixed before my honeymoon.
The male tech that did my nails was very rude, I asked him to do short coffin he reply with I have done that and that does not look good, I said “that’s what I want” but I said in my mind never mine. I got my nails done Sat 7/31/2021 and today is 8/3/2021 and look at my nails they look horrible. I didn’t want to him to correct because he made me feel very uncomfortable. Being that I am a nice person I even gave him tip but it hurt me to pay $50 to someone that didn’t deserve it. Would never go back, save you money please this place is not good I still can’t believe they are inside a mall.
The male that did my pedicure did a really lousy job. Didn't do cuticles at all. Just touched each toe with the cuticle pusher and didn't even actually use the tool. When he was done I had nail polish all over the cuticles and outside the nails. I have been to pro nails in grand island and had great results but would not recommend the one in Kearney.
A few days ago, pro nails introduced me to the technique of “dipping.” I absolutely cannot stop looking at my nails! They are so light and not too thick. They are suppose to last 2–4 weeks longer then regular acrylic. My nails look amazing and the process was so satisfying!
Although I had read the poor reviews- I decided I would give Pro Nails a fair chance and decide for myself. The staff was friendly enough when I went, however for the service I received it was incredibly overpriced. The most expensive set of nails I have ever paid for in fact, and the least professional looking. They could be a lot worse, but for $45 I would expect a lot more. I also went in and asked for a traditional full set of acrylics. They did not trim my cuticles or anything like that(every other time I’ve had my nails done they have trimmed and cleaned up my nails before starting.) The technician then proceeded to do dip nails(?) which I had never received before, and didn’t ask for which I am assuming is why they charged so much. If you do decide to go here be sure to specify what you want and don’t let them choose anything for you because they will find ways to over charge you. The sign is also inaccurate with their prices as I was expecting a $25 set, and the technician mentioned the sets START at $35 and go up from there which is not mentioned anywhere on their list of services. Overall I am disappointed I spent so much money on nails that don’t look all that great. ????
The actual pedicure was really nice they did a good job of massaging and all. But then when it came around to the manicure they did a really crummy job. They didn’t do much on my nails, they just dremelled (when there was no nail polish) and then started to paint and got most of the paint onto my actual skin and not the nail. They lasted like four days. My friend who also got hers done had her nail color last a long time but soon her nails started to break very low as if dremelling them made them weaker. Over all was not happy with the nail salon
Was not impressed. Wanted regular acrylic with shellac on top, the guy did not listen and did dipping powdered instead, I told him that’s not what I wanted and he didn’t listen. I live out of town and got home and noticed my nails were a mess. I wanted a refund and he would not let me get one nor would he fix them.
My nails are cracking and it hasn't been a week yet. They hurt so bad for the first three day. Durning the service my nail tech forgot a nail and had to go back after putting everything away. My nail design was a simple B and they are messy and uneven. This is also not the first time they have messed up on my nails.
