First time visiting and will definitely be the last. I walked in and asked if they had anyone available for a manicure right now. 2 women said YES and told me to pick a color. I sat there waiting for 50 minutes while nobody came and even acknowledged me. 2 other women came in and were helped before me. I understand if they had appointments because I did not, I was a walk-in. BUT they should have been honest and told me nobody was available instead of making me wait for 50 minutes without even having anyone tell me how much longer. As soon as I got up to leave, a woman near the door said “so sorry few more minutes, everyone is eating lunch”. So WHY tell me when I first walked in that you had someone available when clearly nobody was available for 1 hour or more. Complete waste of my time and awful customer service. Never coming back
Great service, polite and reasonably priced! Amazing at nail art!!
I went here in preparation for an upcoming wedding to have acrylic nails put on. In less than a week, the acrylics have popped off. I went back to the establishment to have them fixed where another lady was able to take care of me. She was a bit more professional, however, the nails still came off! I will be giving this nail salon one more chance to make amends.

This has been one of the best experiences. I have been looking for a nail place for a little while. I've found places that were expensive but did a good job, cheap but did a poor job, expensive, did good work but they were rude, sloppy, and cold. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. Folks here we're friendly, did a great job, and reasonably priced! I live a half hour away but I will I am now a customer!
I used to love this place but the quality has gone down significantly. I went for a SNS manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure took over 1 hr 15 min! Yes it was a new person but their training should not be at the expense of my time. He had no clue what he was doing and had to ask questions to other people the whole time. While I was initially happy with the SNS powder, two of my nails popped off a week later. I came back and 3 people inspected my nails as if they didn’t believe it had only been a week. They fixed them but now they are a different color from the rest of my nails...long story short, the quality is no longer there and I’m changing salons. I don’t recommend this salon.
I have to change this review...(originally 4 stars) unfortunately on 3 separate encounters we’ve had issues. I hate the race card but it became noticeable that we we were being treated differently. Twice we had an appointment and waited well over a half an hour for service and one time it was an hour.
Our last visit on March 1st 2019 my daughter was charged for things that were not stated up front and this was the 2nd time that happened. Then Lisa I think it is and the technician held her card for a tip and rudely told her she was OBLIGATED to tip. We both had cash for the tip. The rudeness of the incident has been more than any customer should ever deal with. The pedicure price went up with no notice and there is not a list of pricing anywhere. Also the regular pedicure doesn’t seem to have anything but water for your foot soak (at least ours didn’t) the girl cleaned of some dead skin then let it fall into the water my feet were soaking in. There’s a lot of little things I noticed and after 4 visits we are done! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.
I'm a perfectionist especially when it comes to all my nails being straight, perfectly even with no imperfections. This place makes them absolutely perfect every time! I have been going here for years the staff is great. I find they take 5-10 minutes longer then other places but the nails always look perfect!
I went here a week ago with my friend, hurt me so many times. Yeah we came in a few min late it happens when your a mother and wife you loose track of time. Anyways we came in took 3 hours because my friend bow accessory wouldn’t come off after she first said dip them in acetone they didn’t listen and did something else. They did a very bad job with my nails. I have a picture not sure how to upload it. 53$ for a simple acrylic and gel, 3$ more because i wanted ballerina nails they lady stills had the audacity to claim a tip.
Ps. Not to mention that day they were short on staff and many customers came and and had to go because they didn’t get attended treating me and my friend like it was our fault for coming 10 min late. When we got there, their was nobody waiting.
Never coming here again! Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone!
