Quick Facts About Q Luxury Nails Spa
Q Luxury Nails Spa has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments from customers. To analyze these, we will focus on the following areas: quality of service, pricing, communication, cleanliness, speed of service, and professionalism.
Starting with the strengths, a few customers mentioned the immediate and speedy service they received. One customer was attended to immediately and did not require an appointment, which indicates that Q Luxury Nails Spa can accommodate walk-ins and provide prompt service. Another customer commended Tony, one of the technicians, for doing a great job on their French tip pedicure and manicure and grasping the idea and colors the customer had in mind. This suggests that some of the technicians at Q Luxury Nails Spa are skilled and able to fulfill the customers' requests.
Additionally, some customers appreciated the cleanliness of the salon. One customer mentioned that it was very clean, which is essential for a nail salon to maintain a hygienic environment and prevent infections.
Now moving on to the weaknesses, it is clear that the pricing at Q Luxury Nails Spa has been a major concern for several customers. One customer expressed disappointment with the high prices after receiving a pedicure that cost $60 for less than satisfactory results. Another customer mentioned paying $87 for less than an hour of service, which they felt was excessive for the quality they received. Additionally, a customer mentioned that the price of $80 for a basic manicure for themselves and their 5-year-old was excessive. These comments suggest that the pricing at Q Luxury Nails Spa may not always align with the perceived value of the services provided.
Communication also appears to be a weakness for this salon. Some customers mentioned that the technicians did not understand the nail look they were going for, leading to frustration and confusion. One customer even described the vibe as weird, crazy, chaotic, and confusing. This indicates a lack of clear communication between the customers and the technicians, which can result in dissatisfaction.
Another weakness mentioned by customers was the quality of the service. Multiple customers reported issues such as rushed manicures, lumpy nails, messy cuticles, nails lifting quickly, and even cuts during the removal of nail polish. These instances suggest that not all technicians at Q Luxury Nails Spa provide consistently high-quality services, leading to dissatisfaction and the need for customers to seek other professionals to fix their nails.
Furthermore, a customer mentioned that they were reprimanded by the owner/front desk for allowing their technician to take the payment ticket to the desk, indicating a lack of professionalism and trust within the salon.
In conclusion, Q Luxury Nails Spa has strengths in terms of immediate and speedy service, cleanliness, and the skills of some technicians. However, weaknesses are evident in the areas of pricing, communication, quality of service, and professionalism. These comments from customers highlight the need for improvement in these areas to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I used to love coming here . Today I asked for pedicure manicure because with was not a full set she rushed through manicure there all lumpy and charged me 30.00 for a 10 minute job . Pedicure was done good charges me 50.00 says 40.00 I paid 87.00 for less than an hour . Very discounted and now I have to pay somone else to fix my nails .
I am disappointed with my pedicure. My daughter's seemed to be better. I got the Lemon Refresher pedicure that was $45, but ended up being $60 because they added $15 for gel polish. They never gave me a non gel option. I was supposed to get a lavender scrub with this but the lady put it on and wiped it off in less than 60 seconds.
My person started well after another person had started on my daughter, but my lady finished much sooner. My daughter and I asked for the same pedicure. I must have gotten a bad person.
The polish doesn't look great. Not worth $60.
I was attended to immediately. I did not need an appointment. Very clean speedy service. I was serviced by Tony and he and his co-workers did a great job on my french tip pedi and mani. Tony was really able to grasp the idea and colors I had in mind for my manicure. It was my first time getting my mani and pedi in more than a decade so I will definitely be going back.
This salon will herd you in for services but the quality and communication is lacking. I had made appt for my daughter and I, in
advance but when we showed up there was 1 hr wait anyways. We were sat down at stations then no one came so I asked what’s going on and tech apologizes and moves us over to diff stations, weird. Then techs who finally serviced us didn’t understand the nail look we were going for-it was frustrating but finally got sat with Tony I believe his name was - he ended up doing a good job on the acrylic French ombré, he even customized the color for me- the nails edges weren’t clean, and the cuticles were a mess, nails lifted really fast -not sure I’ll go back though because the vibe was weird , crazy chaotic confusing.
I know this place was bad but I decided "Hey, they are just taking my acrylics off. They can't mess that up, right?" Wrong. I walked in today at 6:30pm and saw they were busy. A technician looked up and asked what I needed. I told them removal and that was all. She said 15 minutes. I thought okay, not bad. I sat and waited until 7:05pm before I was told to move to a chair. I had to wait until 7:20pm to be seen. If I would have known that the wait would be so long, I would have left. I wish they were honest in saying so instead of being greedy and taking the next person walking in. The technician assigned to me was working with someone else, removing her acrylics the right way. She was yelled at 2-3 times to soak my nails before she came over. It took her only 10 minutes to finish. Almost burned one of my nails off because she buffed it so hard. She asked me if I wanted color or a new set. I said just a clear coat. She said to wait 5 minutes for it to dry and came back 1 minute later to make me check out and pay at the front. Despite this, I did tip 15 percent for the service performed. My fingertips are ringing with pain and dissatisfaction. I will have to live with these nails for months now. Please, save your time and money and avoid this place.
Great service by technician....great massage..prices reasonable but the system gives u a ticket by yr technician. You r supposed to take that ticket yrself to pay....apparently it's a NoNo to let yr technician take the ticket to the desk for u. I got a talking to by the owner/front desk? Not to do that as they r afraid of their own people pocketing the money. There I also a sign by the door for no refunds for service?
I liked my pedicure results but will not comeback.
This is the second time I’ve come to this place and the first time the lady cut me while removing the nail polish, I wanted to give it a try (again) and this time the guy who had a earring on is how I remembered him he cut my toe and didn’t really say sorry or anything he just put my foot back in the water..honestly I felt like after that they should make the situation right. I didn’t want to come off rude or anything but I feel like what I paid for $50 was not worth it after getting cut on my toe again, and was rough when doing the cuticle’s, yeah no not returning to this nail place.
The lady’s that attended me and my little one were amazing but we just got a simple Manicure and it came out to be 80 dollars for mine nd my 5 year old. amazing service but the price is too much for what we got
