Quick Facts About Q NAILS of YUMA
Q NAILS of YUMA is a nail salon that has received a mix of positive and negative reviews from customers. In order to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, we will examine the comments provided by customers.
One customer mentioned that they were able to get an appointment quickly and that the staff, particularly Jen, was very nice. This indicates that the salon has good customer service and is able to accommodate customers in a timely manner. Additionally, another customer mentioned that the manicurist who attended to them was gentle and nice, which suggests that the salon hires skilled and friendly staff.
However, there were also several negative aspects mentioned by customers. One customer felt that their service was rushed and that their nails appeared dull and lost their shine within a few days. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and potentially poor nail treatment techniques. Additionally, another customer mentioned that their toes were left with nail polish all over and that the salon did not offer to clean it up. This suggests a lack of quality control and attention to cleanliness.
Another customer mentioned that they had a good experience with the salon and praised the pedicure and fill they received. This indicates that the salon is capable of providing satisfactory services, particularly when it comes to pedicures and fills. The customer specifically thanked the nail technicians, Sam and Brian, which suggests that these individuals excel in their craft.
However, another customer mentioned that their gel manicure chipped after only three days and that the salon blamed them for choosing a "thin gel color." This interaction indicates poor customer service, as the customer felt blamed and the staff gave zero customer service. Additionally, the customer had to pay again for their nails to be redone, which indicates a lack of accountability from the salon's side.
Overall, Q NAILS of YUMA has strengths in terms of quick appointments, friendly staff, and the ability to provide satisfactory services in certain areas such as pedicures and fills. However, weaknesses lie in rushed services, lack of attention to detail, cleanliness issues, and poor customer service in handling complaints. It is clear from the comments that the salon lacks consistency in providing high-quality services, leading to mixed customer experiences.
In order for Q NAILS of YUMA to improve, they should focus on addressing the weaknesses mentioned by customers. This includes implementing proper training to ensure consistency in service quality, paying attention to details to avoid rushed and unsatisfactory services, and providing exceptional customer service when handling complaints. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and improving quality control procedures will also contribute to a better overall experience for customers. By focusing on these areas, Q NAILS of YUMA can enhance their strengths and build a reputation as a reliable and customer-centric nail salon.
Best TL Reviews
I was able to get into my appointment quickly and Jen was very nice to me. The service in my opinion was way to fast for a standard appointment and definitely rushed. I was charged for a manicure only because my cuticles were dry and needed trimming. It consisted of a warm fragrant towel to clean the hands after the nails were done and rapid lotion application.. within a couple days my nails were no longer shiny and appeared this way. I called today because I have had appointments this week I was gone all day for. I was told I would be charged for nail service because it has been six days. In my life I have never had my nails look like this at any point of stage in regrowth. I'm dissatisfied and was told it is my mistake for not calling and was not apologized to or even acknowledge that my nails look horrible. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless the owner herself does your nails- and I would make sure you ask for every policy and not he a push over to accept unacceptable treatment.
I love this place so much! I've only gone twice, but the people there are so nice and their work is amazing. The two times I've gotten my nails done I've gotten the same guy and he is so nice and gentle. I've gone to other nails salons before and they were very rough with me, but the guy was very gentle and nice. I will always go to this salon, and I am excited to go back! ( I believe the person I got was Joey but I am not too positive I got his name correct.)
The first visit that I went there was fantastic the man that gave my pedicure was fantastic and the nail polish was nicely done. The second was not so good. The girl wasn't very good at applying nail polish my toes had polish all over. Usually (not this time) they will clean up any oopsies. I didn't see this until I left. Guess I should have looked closely before I left.
I have been to a lot of nail places since I have been here. I will tell you Q Nails was the best ever. Sam who did my pedicure and Brian who did my fill were absolutely wonderful. This will be my place to go for now on when here in yuma for the winter.
Thank you Brian and Sam.
I got a gel mani and pedi. The young man who did my pedicure was amazing. He was kind, quick but not rushed, and he did a fantastic job. Kayla did my nails and they came out just as I asked. I will go back.
I have been to this salon multiple times for full sets/ fills and pedicures. I have never been disappointed always leave very satisfied i take inspiration pictures and they are on point every one is super friendly and professional highly recommend going to see them.
Right side picture i showed wee sorry for mispronouncing his name. Left side how it came out (even better than the picture i showed wee). Ever since my aunt brought me to this Q nail i loved it! When wee had finished doing my nails ???? i was soo excited i was feeling like a little kid who just got what they wanted:) Thank youu
My gel polish chipped three days later.. i called but I could t make it back until 7 days later.. Lady said 7 days was all some gel lasted. Blamed me as I apparently chose a “thin gel color (brand) “ thats why my nails chipped. I explained I had been many times and never had an issue and she said well you must use your hands alot and be rough on them. Rude and gave zero customer service.
So I paid $35 to have my nails redone and that will be my last time supporting them. Part that bugs me is how she blamed me and I showed her my loyalty card to prove how many times I’ve come. Next!
