Quick Facts About Queen Nails
Queen Nails Place, based on the comments provided above, has both strengths and weaknesses. In order to evaluate the salon, let's analyze the feedback in detail.
Firstly, one customer mentioned that the establishment was clean and professional, with kind staff. This is a significant strength, as a clean and professional environment is crucial for a nail salon. The fact that the staff made the customer feel welcome also adds to the positive experience.
Additionally, another customer praised one of the nail technicians, Randy, for being kind. This indicates that the salon has knowledgeable and friendly staff members, which is essential for customer satisfaction.
On the other hand, there were several negative comments about Queen Nails Place. One customer expressed their disappointment by stating that if they could, they would give the salon a negative one-star rating. This indicates a significant weakness, as a customer feeling strongly dissatisfied can be detrimental to the salon's reputation.
A particular complaint mentioned waiting for an hour and a half past the scheduled appointment time. This shows a lack of efficiency and time management within the salon, which is another weakness. Customers expect punctuality and a smooth experience during their appointments.
Another customer had a painful experience while getting their nails done, reporting that the technician dug too hard with the tools, causing bleeding. This is a severe issue, as it suggests the lack of proper technique and potentially harmful practices within the salon. Painful experiences can deter customers from returning and harm the salon's reputation.
Moreover, one customer described the salon as dirty and claimed it was the dirtiest salon they had ever been to. This is a significant weakness, as cleanliness is a fundamental requirement for any nail salon. Dirty facilities can not only be off-putting but also pose health risks to both customers and staff.
Several negative comments also mentioned poor customer service. One customer claimed they were not greeted or acknowledged upon arrival, while another had a negative experience with a specific technician named Lisa. This highlights a lack of customer-centric practices within the salon, which can lead to a decrease in customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Furthermore, there were complaints about appointment availability and miscommunications. One customer mentioned that despite making an appointment, they were told upon arrival that there was no time available for their service. This indicates a lack of proper appointment management and communication, which can create frustration and disappointment among customers.
Lastly, there were mentions of rushed services and the use of shortcuts. One customer stated that when the technician, Lang, is backed up and rushing, they take shortcuts, leading to unsatisfactory results. This raises concerns about the quality and consistency of services provided by the salon.
Overall, Queen Nails Place has both strengths and weaknesses. Its strengths lie in having kind and professional staff members and maintaining cleanliness in the establishment. However, significant weaknesses include inefficient appointment management, painful experiences, lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and rushed services. Addressing these areas of improvement can significantly enhance the salon's reputation and customer satisfaction.

i had my nails done for my 14th birthday by randy and he was so kind. the whole establishment was very clean and professional. i will say (which obviously it’s not the stores fault at all) in the middle of my appointment a lady came in the store (a customer) and was very uh needy and demanding. she started yelling at poor brandon and i just felt bad. thanks tho to the staff to make me feel welcome. i’ll be coming back❤️
this is one day after getting nails done. extremely painful around nails, she dug really hard with the tool, bleeding and all. But overall nice people.
If I could give this place negative one star I would.
Here’s a perfect depiction of my time there.
I waited for an hour and a half, past my appointment time.
Was not greeted. Was not asked about any appointment or even a simple hello.
When I got seated finally; she started to take off my dip nails. I asked her what she was doing and she kept grabbing me to the point it hurt.
I told her I didn’t want to be touched and she kept grabbing me.
I then asked her why she couldn’t do dip and she said that they need to soak off the entire dip before putting on new dip.
I’ve I ever heard of soaking off the entire nail each time… that’s terrible for your nails.
I then told her that I usually get a dip fill and she told me she had no idea what a dip fill was and told me she needs to redo the entire nail over.
I asked her why I was not greeted and why I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seated. She showed me an empty calendar book and said I had no appointment. (I called about an hour before). When I explained I called she said that she was not the one to take it so it wasn’t their fault. I explained someone did and she said well I didn’t it doesn’t matter.
It was also one of the truly dirtiest salons I’ve been to.
I’ve never been touched so volatile and aggressively.
Her name was LISA.
I promise you that it will be worth the wait to go somewhere else. This was like a dirty factory that doesn’t care about customers. Please please please don’t go here!!
I’ve been coming here the last 3 months I made a appointment for today at 3pm I get here and she tells me they don’t have time I’m beyond irritated I have a dinner date I wanted to get ready for so this just blew me and I won’t be back
Its almost been a year since I had my nails done last. I was very satisfied! Walk ins are cool but appointment would be better. Great place!! Great job! Will be back!
The slowest people in the world just getting feet done n been here for two hours a hour and thirty minutes in the chair still not done
My sister and I got acrylic nails. They weren’t fully covered w/nail polish. My sisters nail was hurting so we soak off that one nail and she as a purple and brown bruise on half of her finger. Their prices are cheaper and they offer a lot of services, but the experience sucked. My sister showed a picture for her nails and the lady did nothing like it and later told us she doesn’t always draw on the acrylics because it takes to much of her time. Brandon did a good job and drew out my nail design.
Lang does a great job of painting nails but when she’s backed up and rushing she takes short cuts.Lately my manicures have been making the skin around my cuticles peel back and she’s barely cutting my cuticles. These cuticles are a week done.
