I got my nails done here with Nikki and I absolutely love them! She free-styled my nails and used all my favorite colors. Updated September 2022, I've been seeing Rochelle for the last 6 months or so and I really like what her work. Customer service is very good at this location. Sam is your Go To Guy if you have a grandma that's diabetic and worries about getting pedicure done, she really likes how careful and attentive he is.
Good experience. It was my first time and will definitely go back. Had pedicure and SNS manicure done by Lee and I'm very happy with the results.
The worst experience ever…I’m a new resident of Poiciana and was looking for a new nail salon so I walked into this establishment. WHY??? Lina’s ora is the worst. She stayed on her phone and didn’t pay attention to my nails. She cut me and didn’t apologize at all. Her attitude was horrible. My nails look like my 5 year old niece did them. Might I add….she said something rude in her language because all her co-workers were laughing. Guess this establishment doesn’t care about customer service. I will take my money somewhere else.
I go once a month for a pedicure. I don't get nail polish but it is included in the price. I get the $35 package which includes trimming and shaping the nails, cleaning up the cuticles, exfoliation, removing corns, and a thorough massage of feet and calves. It takes about 30 minutes and it feels wonderful. The foot spas are clean and freshly lined with a new disposable liner for each customer. I enthusiastically recommend this nail salon.
I don’t recommend this place at all. The guy Tony did such an awful job on my nails that his wife had to correct the issue. Nail were bulky and unnatural looking. He doesn’t deserve to be doing nails at all. They are expensive but their work is low quality.
Personalmente no vuelvo a este lugar. Fui a hacerme una pedicura que mejor la hago yo en mi casa. Ni tan siquiera me limpiaron debajo de las uñas . Me hicieron refill en una uña y gel pero nada mas y cobraron $57 ..
These pictures were taken immediately after the gentle men finished my nails. **The first time I did my nails here it was GREAT and great customer service. But, this is my second time going to this location and the gentleman said "your done." Well, they look horrible, I got cut 3 times, and no sanitizing after/during cut. I don't want an infection. Personally, not going back. A pictures is worth a 1,000 words.
Excellent customer service since you come in!!! Employees are friendly and I had a very relaxing experience with the pedicure service. They take care of gentlemen too. GLORIMAR went above and beyond. Highly recommended!!!
