3. Unique Dining Experience: Red Circle Dumplings offers a fun and unique dining experience. It stands out from other restaurants due to its focus on teaching customers about the food and providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
4. Decent Pricing: Many customers found the prices at Red Circle Dumplings to be reasonable, considering the quality of the food and the overall dining experience.
5. Fresh Ingredients: The restaurant is praised for its dedication to using fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. This attention to quality sets them apart from other establishments.
Weaknesses:
1. Quality of Beef: One customer mentioned that the beef was not up to the wagyu level. This indicates a potential weakness in the quality or preparation of certain meat dishes.
2. Inconsistency in Menu: One customer mentioned that there was a recent change in the menu, which now focuses on authentic Cantonese food. While some patrons enjoyed the new additions, specifically the coconut chicken hot pot and lamb stew, others found the dishes to be sacrilegious or lacking in the traditional flavors they expected.
3. Quality of Rice: One customer complained that the rice served with the Hainanese chicken rice set was overcooked and did not taste good. This suggests a weakness in the preparation or quality control of the rice dishes.
4. Limited Menu: Another customer mentioned that only hot pot and dim sum items were available. While the coconut chicken pot and the shrimp fried spring roll received positive reviews, the limited menu may be a disadvantage for those looking for a wider variety of options.
5. Food Safety Issues: One customer reported experiencing diarrhea after their meal, implying potential food safety issues. This is a significant weakness that can negatively impact the reputation and customer trust of the establishment.
Overall, Red Circle Dumplings has several strengths, such as their delicious Coconut Chicken Soup, unique dining experience, attentive service, decent pricing, and emphasis on fresh ingredients. However, weaknesses include inconsistencies in menu offerings, potential shortcomings in the quality of beef and rice dishes, a limited menu, and reported food safety issues.

Best TL Reviews

The coconut chicken soup is very special, even for foodies like us. The service is great, as the staff will teach you how to cook, eat, and in what order of sequence, to get the most variety of taste. The beef was, however, not really up to the wagyu level. But overall it is very decently priced, and a really fun and unique dining experience.
I like the chicken soup! One of the best comforting food for the wet winter in the Bay Area! Two fresh coconuts adding a very subtle sweetness in the clear soup base, delivers an amazing mix of aromatic flavor. The side dish rice is a little bit dry and the plaza itself is not fancy, but the soup itself is definitely worth a 30 miles’ drive for someone enjoying light and healthy dietary.
They seem to hire a new chef recently, there's new menu. Now it's making authentic Cantonese food. Coconut chicken hot pot and lamb stew are tasty.
As a restaurant that claims to have coconut chicken hot pot, this one is by far the most sacrilegious I’ve tried. They don’t have the correct sauce which is the soul: no galanga, no lime. The sauce is just.. soy sauce. The soup was not fresh. Oh and also the “dessert” in their coconut chicken combo, it’s a scoop of vanilla ice cream. And the worse of it all, both of us got diarrhea after this meal.
The Hai-nan chicken rice was way too expensive given the portion and qualities of the dish. The rice were over cooked and the soup came along with the set tasted horrible…
Only available items are hot pot and severs dim sum items. The coconut chicken pot is good, interesting that they add tumeric to the accompanied chicken rice. Shrimp fried spring roll is fresh and pretty good.
They serve amazing Coconut Chicken Soup, and the overall experience is fantastic.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. What sets this place apart is their dedication to using fresh ingredients. We can taste that everything they serve is made from locally-sourced, high-quality produce.
Their standout dish is the Coconut Chicken Soup. Prepared with local, free-range chicken and fresh coconut water, it's delicious and full of flavor. The coconut is even opened at your table and let you scoop out the coconut meat to show they never reuse it, which adds a nice touch.
The soup is a great combination of savory chicken and the subtle sweetness from the coconut water. It's refreshing to find a place that focuses on fresh quality ingredients, especially in a time when many restaurants rely on frozen products.
The service is attentive and knowledgeable. The staff are well-informed about the menu and ensure that customers have an enjoyable dining experience. They also promote finishing your meal to avoid waste, which is a responsible approach.
In conclusion, this is a great spot for anyone who appreciates fresh, tasty food and a comfortable atmosphere. The Coconut Chicken Soup is a must-try, and I highly recommend this restaurant. Give it a shot; you won't be disappointed.
We had the coconut ???? chicken ???? hot pot on a very cold day and it warmed us up.
I'm not a lover of the chicken that this establishment uses but the coconut chicken broth after the chicken simmered in the hot pot was beyond my expectations.
I had it with the chicken rice and it was delicious.
I've got my eyes on the lamb ???? and bean curd hot pot and I'm determined to try it soon.
The owner who was also the server did and excellent job.
