Me and my daughter got our nails done and they were slow

UNPROFESSIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL . I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE . I overlooked the falling in roof , I overlooked the dirty towels . That's my bad. They were more than happy to take my money but when I came back and asked for the owner to tell them I caught a fungal infection from there they instantly got loud and rude with me so I reciprocated. This place is by far the worst place that I have ever been to and trust me I have been to plenty! Not once did they apologize , not once did they offer a refund , not once did they take responsibility. Instead they lied and said I went MONTHS AGO when I just went a week ago and chose to ignore me after getting loud .

Do not recommend. The place is not sanitary and the customer service was horrible. New to the area and was looking for a nearby nail salon;needless to say this will not be it. I will drive a hour out of my way for great service before I ever give that establishment another penny.????

I've been going to Red Nails for over 20 years. I watched their kids grow up. It may not look all posh and elegant but when it come to services, they are the best. And always smiling.

I always get my nails done here. The service is great the staff is friendly. My nails last longer than anywhere else I go. The polish never chips and I've never lost a nail. I'm usually able to get an extra week out of them compared to other places. I highly recommend red nails. Sometimes they get extremely busy and you have to wait, but the service is well worth the wait.

Shop is Horribly philthy.. Got my nails done and had gel all over my skin and after my nails waited an hour to get my feet and ended up going across the street for my feet because they said the people who have appts come first. So I was there at 3pm why am I behind someone's appt who is at 5pm. Make that make sense please... Disgusting experience with the dirtiness alone. Never again...

For a person from up north thats used to high prices and basic service...surprisingly they did a great job on my pedi for half of what im used to paying. The inside is dated but the services are great
