Quick Facts About TMT Nails & Spa

TMT Nails & Spa has received mostly positive feedback from customers, highlighting various strengths of the establishment. These strengths include excellent customer care, high-quality services, cleanliness, friendly staff, and long-lasting results. However, there are also a few weaknesses pointed out by some customers, such as a specific technician providing a poor experience and a lack of accommodation for a disabled customer.
Firstly, many customers praised the excellent customer care provided by the staff at TMT Nails & Spa. They mentioned that the staff was extremely polite, engaging, and greeted customers sincerely upon arrival. This demonstrates the strength of the establishment in creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for their clients.
Another strength highlighted by customers is the high-quality services offered at the salon. Multiple customers mentioned that they received a fabulous job on their acrylics and their nails had no issues of lifting, breaking, or chipping. Additionally, many customers expressed satisfaction with how their nails turned out, mentioning that they looked natural and exactly how they envisioned. This indicates the skill and expertise of the technicians at TMT Nails & Spa.
Cleanliness is another strength mentioned by customers. They appreciated the cleanliness of the salon, which is an important factor for customers when choosing a nail salon. A clean environment ensures a hygienic and pleasant experience for clients.
Several customers also mentioned the long-lasting results they experienced after receiving services at TMT Nails & Spa. They mentioned that even after weeks, their nails still looked great. This demonstrates the quality of the products used and the attention to detail in the application of services.
Nevertheless, there were a few weaknesses indicated by some customers. One customer mentioned a specific technician, Ms. Syda Ung, who provided a poor experience. They mentioned that the technician clipped their finger deeply, causing bleeding, and rushed through the service without any attention or care. This indicates a potential weakness in the consistency of service quality among all technicians at the establishment.
Another weakness mentioned by a customer was the lack of accommodation for a disabled customer. The customer explained that their wheelchair-bound friend was not offered any alternative options for a pedicure and was only limited to a polish change. This lack of flexibility and accommodation could be seen as a weakness in their customer service.
Overall, TMT Nails & Spa showcases strengths in offering excellent customer care, high-quality services, cleanliness, friendly staff, and long-lasting results. However, there are weaknesses in terms of inconsistent service quality among technicians and a lack of accommodation for disabled customers. By addressing these weaknesses, the establishment could further enhance its reputation and overall customer satisfaction.

Absolutely loved this place! Have been looking for a good nail place after moving to the area and was very pleased wuth my experience here! My boyfriend and I both got pedicures. I also got a manicure. They took very good care of us! My boyfriend was so impressed that he said he would try and go once a month to get a pedicure! Highly recommend!! I got the dip on my nails about a week ago and they still look great (as pictured)!
Staff is extremely polite and engaging. They did a fabulous job and my acrylics have had not one issue of lifting, breaking or chipping. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have any of their services provided.
Very friendly, clean, place. nail tech did an amazing job. I messed my nail up when leaving and they fixed it without charging extra. Was a lil pricey for a pedicure. But well worth it.
My technician goes by T...she's literally the only person I have ever returned to. She takes her time and does an amazing job of shaping and cleaning my nails. Great massage. Very kind. The place is clean. People greet you sincerely when you walk through the door. I really love it here...so glad I found her!
I am a regular walking client, and they usually have good service. but not today, Ms. Syda Ung really clip me really deep. To appoint my finger started bleeding. It hurt real bad and it was the first time I’ve ever had her work on me. it felt like she was rushing. she never asked me how my day was going. She never offer me any water or anything. The experience with her was not great at all I highly recommend not to be serviced by her.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!
This is one of the worst nail places I’ve ever been to in my life. My best friend and I were invited to a nail day by one of her in-home patients who is wheelchair/bedridden. Her wheelchair is notarized, but her legs are in a constant suspension state. My best friend lives directly across the road from TMT Nails & Spa and we figured we’d walk across the road so that she didn’t have to have the hassle of getting in a van and she could literally ride in her wheelchair across the street.
We had an appointment for 3 ACRYLIC overlays and 3 pedicures. Immediately upon entering, we were asked if our friend in a wheelchair wanted a polish change, and we quickly stated that we had an appointment for pedis and tips w/acrylic overlays.
The woman, who I have circled in the photo, first says they can’t accommodate her for a pedicure. Okay, that’s no problem. But we’re not offered another solution. Not a dry pedicure, not a warm pedicure, not even a spray and pedi. NOTHING!
Then she says that she can only receive polish. Okay, fine. She then proceeds to say no one in the shop OUT OF THE 8 techs in there can do acrylic. So I proceed to ask why they would make an appointment if nobody can do acrylic. We’re then told it’s not that they can’t do acrylic, there’s only one person who does them, whose name is Judy.
My friend has been serviced by Judy several times, and she says, “oh, your niece?” Upon recognition, the woman says, “yes, you know her. I try to accommodate everybody.” Yet we haven’t been offered a solution of accommodation.
Okay! I proceed to ask her who our friend in a wheelchair spoke to. She said there was no way of knowing, and “whoever” she spoke to must have been mistaken. Okay…
So then I ask, if there’s no one to do acrylics, if nobody does acrylics, or if there’s no one available. She then says everybody is booked for the day. Then wth would you book an appt for acrylics if nobody can do them?!
The story changed so many times, and as I continued to ask questions the woman turned her back to me and walked away.
So, if they don’t service disabled persons OR BLACK PEOPLE they need to just say that, and I hate to bring race into it, but it seems like as soon as we became “difficult” we were turned away from service pretty much, because now nobody even does acrylics EVEN THOUGH, there was a younger girl beside her GETTING ACRYLIC COFFIN NAILS, and we weren’t so much as asked if we wanted dip powder. NOT THAT WE DO! But still!
Then they try to stop our friend from leaving the shop because of her toes not being dry but at this point we’re ready to EFFING GO! And the tech tries to tell our friend that she can’t go outside and get us to get us to leave.
Not to mention, instead of directly asking our friend who yes, is in a wheel chair but is also mentally sound, what color “she” wants? I said, “she can choose for herself.”
I say all of this to say I’LL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SHOP, I’LL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM MY COIN PURSE BABY! And I hope you don’t either.
I’ve been to multiple salons over the years and I have finally found THE SALON! My experience could not have been better and my acrylic nails have never looked so natural!! I live in Brentwood but I’ll be making regular trips to this salon. Oh…. Did I mention the price? The experience/quality was worth more than what they charge!!! Win Win…..
My nails always end up exactly how I hope going in! The gentleman who did my pedicure really spent time massaging my legs like no other technician has! I wish I’d gotten his name! It is two weeks after my appointment and my nails are still perfect!
