I love this barbershop. My son is 6, hates hair cuts and it’s always hard to get him to sit still. Alex gave him a haircut about a month ago. He was super nice and gentle and my son loved the haircut. Today my son asked me to set up and appointment for his next haircut, words I never thought I’d hear. Definitely going back.
I'm always happy with my haircut. The shop has a cool mellow vibe. Men from all backgrounds and ethnic groups come here to get their cuts. Not a rowdy place at all. The staff is always friendly.

Roma is the best Barbershop by far and our Community is better because of it. There's a very diversified clientele who has been getting their haircuts, their children's haircuts and their children's children's haircuts here. A melting pot of sorts where all Cultures are welcomed and appreciated. The barbers are personable once you get to know them, very good at their craft and always listen & provide exactly what the client wants. The Barber's, including one female barber, represent all generations, are very popular, well liked and respected in the Community and there is quite a following at Roma. Remember, their is a wait with certain Barber's because of their popularity and expertise but there is always someone willing to take you on and make you part of the Roma family.

I've been going ta Roma's when Tony owned it and that's back in the 70's! I'm 56 now and thank god Tony is still a part of Roma, and even with the other barbers in there Roma is the place for my haircut for over 40 years!
This is BY FAR the WORST barber shop in the Kingsbridge area. The owner is a complete slack-off ( I had to wake him up to get a haircut). My hair was totally chopped. I am a great tipper, gave him a great tip. He let me leave with the WORST HAIRCUT of my life. My wife literally told me to go back..... Upon arriving I was told to "Go find a barber somewhere else" because...... Wait for it...... "My hair goes forward on one side and back on the other". I think you should BEWARE before you waist your money...
Great place . I been coming here past two years now. I never been to any barber shop that has so many experts. You can literally walk to this place and have anybody cut your hair and I guarantee you won’t regret.
An old neighbourhood barber shop. Tony, the son, now owns it and the barbers are talented Hispanic men. I have been going here for over 50 years and it stays current and is the oldest barber shop, still extant, on Kingsbridge's main drag on West 231st Street, between Broadway and Kingsbridge Avenue.
