Queens Nails Place, based on the comments provided, has a mix of strengths and weaknesses. Here is an analysis of its strengths and weaknesses:
Strengths:
1. Durability of gel nails: Multiple customers mentioned that their gel manicures lasted for two weeks, which is considered a decent duration. This indicates that Queens Nails Place uses high-quality gel polishes that are durable.
2. Friendly and attentive staff: Several comments highlight the friendly and welcoming nature of the staff. They make an effort to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations. Having a kind and attentive staff creates a positive atmosphere and enhances the overall customer experience.
3. Attention to detail: Customers appreciated the attention to detail given by the nail technicians. They mentioned instances where the technicians noticed any issues with the customers' nails and took the necessary steps to address them, such as protecting a cracked toenail or selecting an appropriate color.
4. Reasonable pricing: A customer mentioned that Queens Nails Place offers great service at reasonable prices. This suggests that the salon provides value for money, making it an attractive option for customers looking for affordable nail services.
5. Efficient service: Multiple comments highlight the speed at which the services are provided. This efficiency can be appealing to customers with busy schedules who want to get their nails done quickly without compromising on quality.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent customer service: One customer complained about the terrible customer service provided by a specific staff member. This individual reportedly showed signs of being rushed, did not fix a customer's nails properly, and even exhibited rude behavior. Inconsistent customer service can create a negative impression and deter potential customers from returning.
2. Poor pedicure experience: Another customer mentioned that their experience with pedicures at Queens Nails Place was not satisfactory. They stated that the toe nail polish tended to come off, suggesting issues with the quality of the pedicure service. This negative experience may deter customers from opting for pedicures at the salon.
3. Lack of cleanliness: One comment mentioned that the salon was not very cleanliness-focused. The customer observed that the nail technician did not wash their hands, used unsanitized equipment, and appeared distracted with the television while doing their nails. Poor cleanliness practices can raise concerns regarding hygiene and customer safety.
4. Inconsistent nail appearance: A customer complained about the quality of the nail polish and the application process. They mentioned that the nails already looked grown out and that the glitter application was not as concentrated as expected. This suggests inconsistencies in the finished nail appearance, which may indicate inadequate attention to detail or technical skills.
Despite its weaknesses, Queens Nails Place does have some notable strengths, such as the durability of gel nails, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing. However, it is crucial for the salon to address its weaknesses, particularly the inconsistent customer service, poor pedicure experiences, cleanliness concerns, and inconsistencies in nail appearance, in order to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.

I have been here several times over the last month. My daughter and I had manicures and pedicures and we both got gel nails. Their gel mani's hold up 2 weeks which for me is great since I am very hard on my hands. I do find the sparkly gel polish lasts longer than the flat colored gel so something to keep in mind. The ladies working here are very sweet and they are fast. Ive had hand waxing and a hand massage and it is very relaxing. Their pedicures are awesome as well. Great service and reasonable prices!
This is my 2nd time going here. I love how people here are very friendly. They make sure they will exceed your expectations. I have Tiffany do my nails since day 1. She never fails to amaze me. I would recommend Queens nails to my family and friends. I will definitely go back.
Mai has been a gem. I was waiting for my car to charge and my partner and I stopped in to get a manicure/pedicure. She is incredibly kind and attention to detail. One of my toenails were cracked from workouts and she supported me in getting powder to protect it. She picked out a neutral color for my toes.
Her peer helped my partner with his pedicure/manicure. She was so sweet and gentle with him.
Definitely recommend coming in to manicure/pedicure and be a Queen treated like a Queen.
Terrible customer service on behalf of the lady that works on the left side as you walk in. She filled my cuticle with gel and was upset I came in the next day for them to fix my polish. She did my nails that day and was visibly in a rush. She tried to say that the nail polish itself was supposed to look that way when one nail was dark and one was patchy. Do not work with people if you do not know how to fix issues you cause by your bad work. Be kind to your customers because there are BETTER establishments for this type of business. She fixed my nails and did not apologize for her nasty behavior. This time she actually stayed off my cuticle area and was able to fix them nicely. Which should’ve been done from the beginning and I should not have received any sort of negative feedback especially have some old lady yell at me after I paid the service. Should I have refused payment for her terrible work or gave her a chance to correct it? I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their gel polish must be low quality because not even three coats can even it out. I will not be back here because of her and I will tell people of my experience. CK is great and so is the guy in the front on the right side who’s did my fill. But management needs to talk to that unstable women about using indoor voices.
I have had my nails done here 4 times..and 2 pedicures..I love the outcome of my nails..they look absolutely great and last long...can't rave about the pedicures because coming from TX where they have "Real" nail spas I have had much better experience. Here, my toe nail polish ALWAYS comes off, they offer messages but jeesh I dont know maybe I just have had the wrong people because my overall experince with the pedicure service has not been good. But my nails I love them.
Did not have to wait long. My consultant took her time, did both my manicure and pedicure, the way I always hope for. Can't wait to go back.
Horrible customer service . We waited to get our eyebrows done. We waited for 45 minutes and there was no customers for it to be busy. The male employee did not say if Nancy was on lunch or what. People came after us and the male employee allowed them to cut in front of us . Horrible customer service .
Was okay for the price. The nail tech didnt wash his hands, used electric file tips that clearly hadn't been sanitized. Was friendly but was watching the tv while doing my nails. He ended up slightly cutting my cuticle with the electric file. Great customer service but it wasnt very cleanly..... nails already look grown out and I just got them three days ago. I had to put more glitter on my nails at home bc the swatch had way more concentrated glitter than what actually was put on my nails
