They say that they are open until 8 p.m.But that is a lie they close whenever the hell they feel like it! I was at their door at 7 p.m. The sign says open another open sign is lit-up the hours are below another open sign that say that they are open until 8 p.m.But the door is locked and all the store lights are on someone is in the back of the shop Just not doing their job. I drive pretty far too make it here befor they closed with a whole hour to spare. This is how you Lose customers
I walked in to a run down place that was advertised similarly to Sally's Beauty Supply, but was NOTHING like Sally's. They have very cheap (not just monetarily) products. The worst part was the "man" who worked there. He was incredibly rude and acted like my being there was an inconvenience to him. He made me super uncomfortable, as he gave his snarky remarks to my questions. If zero stars were possible, that's what I would have given this place. I honestly have no idea how they're still in business.
This was my first time visiting the store. The lady working was very helpful and friendly. She was able to answer questions and help find products. The store is organized and they have a decent selection of different products. Overall a good experience.
I've visited three times at this new location, and the third time I had a gentleman, that just stood behind the counter and pointed where everything I needed was. I give only three stars for that fact. The store is clean and organized..not a large of selection of hair as they had at the former location
My service has always been spot on at Urban Beauty Supply. I came to buy Bobbi Boss hair for my sew in. They have a wide selection of color and lengths of hair. The customer service is top notch. She is very helpful and easy to talk with. Keep up the good work and I'll be back.

With this virus going on, I called and there was an option to text. Robert Kearns has been answering EVERY single question I have had days on end about a color change and has been nothing but professional. He is a genuinely nice person all around and I give him 10 out of 5 stars!
It's a small beauty supply store but very friendly they make you feel appreciated and you don't mind spending money in there
