The customer service was great, very nice technicians but my manicure was not superior. I wanted French tips with squared nails and my nails were all filed unevenly and round. The white polish was painted on too high on my nail and will grow out after two days, which is less than ideal. I will be back for a pedicure because I was treated nicely and I’m hoping if I communicate better, I will get a better outcome.
Update: I got my pedicure and emphasized my concerns that I had with my manicure (I want even, square nails) and my nails still came out rounded on my toes. The service was amazing and the technician who did my pedicure was very nice and took her time but in the end I was still left with something different than what I asked for. I won’t be going again but I recommend this salon to anyone who likes rounded nails.
Everyone here are super friendly and amazing people! They always accommodate to your needs without questioning or looking annoyed. Not the place if you are looking to get nail art but with no chip they are amazing. I came back multiple times always leaving satisfied.
I went yesterday to get a new set. I bounced around from one chair to another. It seems they only treat their regular customers with loyalty and not new people. I will not go back to this place again. They treat you like a number not like a person.
I've lived in the area my entire life but just tried shirley nails for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience! I got a no chip manicure, she did a great job and my nails look beautiful! They have glass separators in place for covid which is a nice touch.

Cindy at Shirley nails did an amazing job on myself and my 2 daughters. I called at around 11:30 am to see if they could fit all 3 of us in and they took us at 2:30. Cindy did all 3 of our full sets so quickly and they came out perfect!! I totally recommend Shirley nails. We will definitely be back.I think some of these negative reviews are people that don't know that acrylic nails only last UP to 2 weeks. Not any longer.
This place beats all other nail shops around the area. Friendly staff. I will always come back here. It feels like home. Thank you Shirley Nails for exceeding customer expectations. Your salon is lovely and your employees are as well. They are relaxed and happy which makes this nail salon a peaceful place.
I have given them chance after chance, and I am just disappointed every single time. I got a NO CHIP manicure Wed 6/12. NOT even 2 days later 3 nails chipped. I went back Monday 6-17 and they repaired the nails, 1 day later the same NAIL chipped. I am DONE coming here. Second.. what is the point in making an appointment when you sit and wait for 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment. They bite off more than they can chew and it's beginning to show, especially with the reviews. I will not be returning, and I am not the first person I know to say that. Sad to see a good business sink.
