I felt very attacked in this beauty supply store, and I feel as if the owner of the store is racist and I was getting discriminated against because I was a black female in a beauty supply store, and he accused me of picking up an item and placing it in the wrong place, and then continued to threaten me to run the cameras back even though I knew what I did wasn’t wrong. This is unacceptable. VERY RACIST !!

This place is extremely racist and I’ve been coming here for two years already, the owner sends his employees to watch you while you are shopping and just watches you. It’s disgusting, I’m not surprised that most of the other reviews say the same thing. He also was speaking about me in Spanish not knowing it’s my second language ????..

I always love coming in here. I hate that there is no service in the store but i love coming and picking up items, they always have what i need besides the marely hair in a wine red, but other than that they are perfection.

The owner profiles customers under the guise of “help”. It’s very obvious.

I watched him send an employee to follow a young woman who entered the store with a shopping bag. She was simply minding her business. Very disheartening behavior as he makes profit off the backs of very people he sees through the lens of cheap stereotypes. Demeaning to say the least.

Fortunately there are neighboring beauty supply stores. Don’t shop here.

The owner is incredibly racist. It’s no coincidence there are multiple reviews citing this fact. He pretends to be polite in a failed attempt to disarm once you call him out on his antics. This place needs to be shut down.

Sense Beauty Supply - Absolutely love this store and the owner is amazing and funny. Great variety of items on wigs, weaves, hair products, costume jewelry, hair scarf, hats. Assistants are polite and very helpful. Prices are great as well.

First time here!!! So happy I dont have to walk all the way to the train station for my hair care products!! Had exactly what I needed and more! Brightly lit, and spacious! Salesperson was truly helpful, great knowledge of store and product! I explained what I wanted and we went directly to the item! The cashier was very pleasant, asked if I found everything I needed! Thanks, I'll frequent your establishment on a regular basis!!
