I made an app after years of not going back due to the front desk woman being very rude. And when I made the app this time, I believe I spoke with one of the owners- she made an app for me for 3 weeks from the date that I called. I was having a c section and wanted to get my nails done after my baby was born.
The date finally came, I went to go get my nails done- and my app wasn’t in the computer. I asked if there was another time, the front desk woman was rude and told me I didn’t make the app there and that they could try to fit me in later the same day, I tried to make it work but with the newborn it’s hard to move things around so I called and asked if I could make an app for another day, the front desk woman was rude- told me I couldn’t make an app and told me that “we think you would be happier somewhere else” I said excuse me? You’re not letting me make an app for the future; she said “no” was extreme rude and hung up the phone. Santa Fe is a small town, I own a business here- and not matter how busy you are you should never treat people bad. She is making their business look bad and who knows how many other people she has done this too.
I own a hair and makeup business here; my boyfriend has a popular radio show, we know a lot of people and unfortunately with the taste I have in my mouth I will be telling people NOT to ever give this business any of their money.
It’s a shame; the owners are very nice. The front desk woman is ruining their business.
I went there on a whim for a last minute pedicure. They had an appointment that worked for my short timeline and I was in and out within half an hour. Christina does a fantastic job, always has no matter what location I have seen her at. It has amazing hours, great staff and super clean. I recommend going there. Definitely will be returning.

I called Serenity a few days ago and was told there were no appointments for a very long time, but, they do have a cancellations list! So, I added my name to the list and got a call today to come in at 2:15 PM for a basic pedicure. It was the BEST pedicure I've ever had. I arrived 15 minutes early, was escorted to the pedicure chair right at 2:15 PM and I was out of there in 45 minutes. It was clean, efficient, relaxing and my nail technician, John, was an excellent conversationalist on top of giving me one of the best looking/feeling and pain-free pedicures I've ever had. I have now booked recurring monthly appointments and couldn't be happier. Totally recommend this nail salon!
