Quick Facts About Serenity Nails&Spa

Serenity Nails&Spa has a number of strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. It is important to note that these comments reflect individual experiences and opinions, and may not necessarily be representative of the overall customer experience at the salon.
One strength highlighted in the comments is the relaxing and serene atmosphere of the salon. Customers mentioned feeling relaxed and comfortable during their visits, which is important for a spa experience. Additionally, the quality of service provided was praised by some customers, with positive comments about pedicures, massages, and nail treatments. The ability of the staff to do customized nail designs based on pictures from Pinterest was also noted as a strength, indicating a level of skill and creativity.
Another strength mentioned is the cleanliness and organization of the salon. Customers emphasized that the salon was clean and well-maintained, which is important for maintaining a hygienic and professional environment. Additionally, the salon was described as being up to date with the latest nail treatments and products, which can be appealing for customers who want to stay current with trends.
However, there are also several weaknesses highlighted in the comments. One recurring issue was the issue of overcharging. One customer mentioned being overcharged for additional services, while another mentioned feeling charged too much for basic services without any special designs or fake nails. These instances of overcharging may lead to customer dissatisfaction and a loss of business, as seen in the second comment.
Inconsistency in service was also mentioned as a weakness. Some customers noted that they had good experiences on some visits, but not-so-good experiences on others. This inconsistency can be frustrating for customers who expect a certain level of service and may discourage repeat visits.
Customer service was another area of weakness mentioned in the comments. Some customers reported rude and unfriendly staff members, which made them uncomfortable during their visit. This lack of professionalism can significantly impact the overall customer experience and deter customers from returning.
The language barrier was also mentioned as a weakness. While it is unclear whether the staff members do not speak English or are pretending not to, the customer in question felt uncomfortable and awkward due to the inability to effectively communicate and understand the staff. This can lead to a breakdown in communication and a less satisfactory experience for customers.
The pricing was also mentioned as a weakness by some customers. While some felt that the salon was worth the higher prices due to the quality of service provided, others felt that the prices were too high, especially considering that they could achieve similar results at home for a lower cost. This may make the salon less accessible to customers who are more price-conscious.
In summary, Serenity Nails&Spa has strengths in terms of the relaxing atmosphere, quality of service, cleanliness, and ability to provide customized nail designs. However, the salon faces weaknesses in terms of overcharging, inconsistency in service, customer service issues, language barriers, and higher pricing. These issues can affect the overall customer experience and potentially deter customers from returning.

Best TL Reviews

I never really thought about getting a pedicure until my wife took me to this spa for my birthday. In my job I am on my feet at least 8 hours a day and so it was very relaxing to sit back and give my feet a break.
After my excellent pedicure, neck and shoulder massage, I felt serene.
Not overly thrilled how I was overcharged. I come here most of the time and was charged extra 5 in my 45 for the back rub it comes with and an extra 15 20 for gel on my toes I didn’t get any designs no fake nails just gel paint on toes and nails ended up being 100 dollars.. I normally love it here but they lost my business by over charging me and me being nice I still tipped when I feel I shouldn’t have.
I’ve been going here for months with the BEST experience and great attitudes. But went today and everyone was SUPER rude to me and made me feel SO uncomfortable. It was as if one person had an attitude that all did. No idea what I did wrong as a paying customer buy WOW I’m shaking in my car because of how uncomfortable and awkward that experience was! And when I said something about it and I just got pushed away, after I pay 110$ for my services. Unreal. I was so happy to find a new nail place but not sure if I’m comfortable to go back. The guy who did my nails did a great job BUT the last time he did them he was super friendly and this time he was NOT.
I find this salon very inconsistent with service. I’ve been here several times. Some days it was really good, others not so much. Today I had to wait over 20 minutes after my appointment time. My friend was almost done! The person who did my feet was too rough and hurt me rushing. I think I am going to try somewhere else. Sorry. ????
I was very pleased with the service and felt very relaxed and comfortable during my manicure. I also received a massage shoulder's, back, and neck it was about 10mins. Well worth the $45 plus tip.

I absolutely love this place, Tim, Lyn and Amy to name a few are the absolute best! They take my fun nail pictures from pinterest and do the best job! They also treat my 11 year old just as well as they treat me, pamper her and make sure her nails are exactly what she wants. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Love love love them
I have been to Serenity nails many times. I have read all of the reviews. I have been to a lot of nail salons, and one thing I can say about this place is, its NOT dirty at all. They keep up on the times and always knows how to do the latest nail treatments and up to date polish. Everyone is nice and accommodating. Priced a little high - but you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend this salon.
Honestly, not impressed. Its small. Crowded and workers dont speak english. Or they make you think they dont. I just got a clear coat my 2 daughters got gels. Spent almost $100! Not worth it. I could have done it at home much cheaper. Theres soft sleept music playing. I get wanting a relaxing atmosphere. I just felt awkward. Another customer was there. She was nice to talk to me. The place is clean and organized. Hence the 2 stars. But no real draw or reason to go back. And too expensive. Nothing really against them. Just honestly nothing gor them that any other nail place couldnt do the same thing. I just didnt see how they stand out from competition.
