I have been going to this place for years. It is hit or miss. All of them cannot do gel manicures good. The best ones are Julie (pedicure), Danny (mani and pedi+designs), Michelle (acrylic), and the lady in the picture (mani and pedi). Make an appt. Although I love the option of being able to walk in and get service quickly for the most part. Bring cash for the tip. Just make sure you check the prices posted and your bill so they match up. The wine they serve is very nice and relaxing. Overall, I give them a 4, the service is good, and 9/10 I love my mani and pedi.
First time customer. So much variety of colors, techniques and styles to get you mani and pedi done! Great service, everything was clean and sanitized, all desks have a COVID certification document that make you feel more comfortable and safe. Fair prices, and I loved the decoration.

Horrible…had an appointment, they called and confirmed and when I got there someone else took my appointment because they can’t understand the language and just allowed a random person to take my appointment. Then the owners were out of town and no one else would even help rectify the problem everyone just put their heads down and didn’t want to deal with it….will never go again and will spread the word on the terrible customer service.

Receptionist named Jen is very unprofessional. She calls to confirm appointments for service at the time you're supposed to be receiving the services. Then she hangs up when she' frustrated and OUT OF LINE with rude comment. Please train your reception staff! Will cost you business and a bad reputation.

This the worse nail salon I have ever been too.
The manicurist was very rough. She would pull on my feet and hands. She would not get help for someone to translate for I had to call out. Then a very kind customer went and told her girl to translate.
Manicurist was very uninterested in her job because she always looking around with very little attention to what she was suppose to be doing filling, apply color etc. when it came time to massage my legs.she just pretended to massage your legs after 3 stokes she threw the warm towel over both my legs instead of individually wrapping them. Like everyone else there and what I always had done by others.
Finally when it came to the manicure she would not cut my nails to equal all the lengths.
That when I went to get someone to explain it to her and I was told go to the owner.
They just looked at me and the manicurist throw the bill at me on the counter. That’s when I paid them $25 for the pedicure and left.
The customer service was amazing and even when i didn't like my nail color they worked with me until i did! The prices are awesome.
