I asked for refill for my mom's nails. Nail tech made a huge mistake by cutting nail alot and changing the shap. When I was so upset one of the employee start to discuss with me and when manager came , she try to put their mistake on my mom. She was not able to correct the mistake.Manager never said sorry and she try to charge me more. They are very rude .They are not humble to accept their mistake.I never experiance such a poor customer service in any business. Poor management, untrustable. Never come back there.Never advise to anybody.
A coworker suggested this place. I was able to get an acrylic fill in with gel overlay during my 1 hour lunch break. Very satisfied with the outcome so far!
I was not made to feel welcome at this place. I got there a few minutes before they opened. I walked up to the door, and it was unlocked. So, I walked in. I was immediately asked if people were waiting in cars, before me. I told them that I had no idea if people were waiting to come in. There were other stores in this strip mall. I asked if I should wait. I was told to sign in after the 4 or 5 people who followed me in. I have no way of knowing if they were there first. After my nail tech started sanding off my polish, I was told their card reader was down. I should have been told up front. When I asked if I could write a check. I was told, NO. I did not have cash. So, had to walk to a Vape shop, to get money from an ATM. The nail tech is good at what she does, and she's nice. The store is clean. I'm not sure if I want to ever go there again. When I'm paying for a service, I don't want to be made to feel like an imposition.
Bell is my favorite I drive all the way from Greenville just for Bell. She takes her time and doesn’t rush to get the job done. My feet feel amazing afterwards.
First time there today and I will be back. The Atmosphere is great and the work they do is top notch. 10/10 would recommend.
I absolutely ???? ♥️ ❤️ ???? love my nails!!!! I had the best experience tonight and huge shout out to my super talented nail tech Tommy!!!! I also had a life saver awesome pedicure. He brought my feet back to life!!! My dogs were hurting. Huge thank you to Tommy's brother! From VA!!
I love this place!! Tulip is my favorite, I go to her for everything!! She is such a beautiful soul!! Cindy is awesome too! Would recommend this place always!!!
This is how my clear nails came out. Dirty looking. I am usually satisfied with there service but today I am upset about my nails and Ms. Cindy charge me the full after me telling her I was not satisfied.
