Clean and refreshing to go an a hot summers day. The staff were helpful and friendly and I got my order within 5 mins despite it being busy.
Lovely store, nice and always friendly staff. As a constructive criticism, one aspect that could be improved is hygiene. Toilets aren't usually very clean and staff sometimes will handle your drink by the rim, increasing the chance of contamination.
PS in my latest visit toilets were a little better but yet staff handled mug by the rim.
I go to this Starbucks regularly - and it's pretty much what you would expect from a Starbucks, I would agree with others that a bit more cleaning/clearing wouldn't go amiss. Odd time they've gotten my drink wrong (and the hot chocolate is usually tepid even if you ask for extra hot) - but they always re-make it without quibbling. Chloe is really friendly - helpful and always working hard - an asset to the company. Most of the other staff are friendly and helpful too. There's the one could do with a bit of customer service training.
They made the wrong drink but fixed it instantly and were very apologetic, the service was perfect and staff were friendly even though it was busy.
Place looks clean, however not 1 member of staff were smiling, I've never seen so many miserable looking staff in any one place of work,
Ordered 2 hot chocolates and a frappe thing. DON'T TAKE CASH!! Got the 2 hot chocolates after 5 mins (fine) 10 mins later im still stood there red hot and getting a bit restless, 1 staff member noticed and said are you waiting for a drink so i said yes and gave my name, another 10 mins or so later still stood there finally get the drink. No apology.
Drive home surprise surprise the two hot chocolates are now cold chocolates.
WILL NEVER USE STARBUCKS AGAIN.
This is my local Starbucks, it was busy but still had a lovely calm atmosphere, but it was before 9 on a Saturday morning. Quick service nice staff.
We called in to the new Starbuck coffee shop at our local Saisbury supermarket.
Young man serving could hardly speak or understand a word of English. Why put a staff member dealing with the public with a very poor command of the English language ?
Cup of tea for £2.90 is far too expensive, we left & went elsewhere.
Went today to pick up 2 coffees. With the black coffee nothing can go wrong, however when I asked for a semi skimmed cappuccino with vanilla syrup for my friend everything went wrong! First they did it again as I saw them using whole milk. When I took the coffee to my friend he tasted and I checked it too there was no vanilla syrup! So I paid extra for something that wasn’t offered! Such a waste of money…
