Went here on 9-19-2022 for the first time as my haircut experiences with Sport Clips, Great Clips in Bradley have been continuously horrendous hair cut experiences. Nobody in the area apparently knows how to spend time on a proper mens haircut. I called Status Men based on the great reviews I found. I explained the issues I'd been having at other places and they assured me that quality and customer satisfaction were first. I had my appointment with Tess and explained to her all the issues with other places I had been having. She listened and saw immediately the problem with past haircuts. She took great care to ensure a proper cut and took the time to do my cut the proper way without rushing and did a fantastic job. She and Status Men have a new customer because of this experience. I have to say that Status Men is the best kept secret in Bourbonnais. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
Took 3 boys there to get haircuts and Brittany H was their stylist. I am so glad she was! She was very kind and did an excellent job!! Highly recommended.

Status Men is such a great salon.
I took my 5 year old there to get his hair cut and when you walk in your greeted right away. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.
Lindsey did a phenomenal job of cutting my 5 yr old son's hair because he doesn't sit still for long and he tickles easily and Lindsey was so patient and accommodating.
We will most certainly be returning.

Had my first experience here recently.Thank you to Erica for a perfect, clean cut given minimal direction on how I like my hair. For only $5 more than Great Clips, I walked out with a great look and minimal clippings on my neck. Will definitely be back!
Very friendly staff was very pleased with the haircut although the barber did not sweep and clean up the hair from the previous person which I find a bit unprofessional also I had an appointment at 5:00 I was not seen until about 5:15
