Bad first impression. Even worse second.
Went in for a fill in and pedi. Got regular nail polish instead of usual gel because I wasn’t in a rush. Pedi was great, fill in was great, shaped well and even. The polish was not so much. I’ve never had polish take so long to dry, it took hours after being there for almost 3 hours for it to completely dry. Sneezed and got an indent, got it fixed, no big deal. Was told repeatedly that I needed to be more careful, to the point it felt like I was being chastised. I made a comment about how I’ve never had polish take so long to dry and was told it takes much longer to dry since its matte. Had I known in the beginning I would have gotten gel. He said my nails should be dry. Grabbed my card and immediately had the polish indent. Told again I should be more careful over and over. Why tell someone its set when its not then get mad it denta?? I left a good tip and as soon as I get to my car it smears, get home and it smears again. I even noticed in the car that the nail polish wasn’t even put on evenly.
Called 10 minutes later and was told by a woman that she would’ve said I needed gel for matte, she said she was not sure why it wasn’t mentioned or not insisted upon. She said it would be fixed no problem come in tomorrow. I come in, then he tells me I’m going to be charged $15 since I’m switching to gel. Furiously I paid and left no tip: unfortunately the tech who did a good job misses out because her boss did a bad polish job and was rude.
When someone tells you they’ll take care of something after doing an unacceptable job I don’t expect to be charged, especially when they don’t even inform their client the cons of the service they’re asking for.
Was gonna stay here since the prices are good as well as other aspects of the service but I’m not going to give my money to someone who is rude and charges extra for their mistakes. Hopefully customer service will improve.

Sue is great at doing nails BUT there’s lack of customer service here. Like bad. I had an appointment on Sunday, I called to let her know I might be 10 min late and when I got there (in time) she said what are you doing here? I said my appointment? Her response was oh I took you off. Like what???? Never had that happen before, and I had the decency to let you know I MIGHT be 10 min late. (And I wasn’t) well we reschedule for Thursday at 10am. I get there, and she’s doing someone else’s nails, doesn’t even acknowledge I’m there… seriously the worst customer service I’ve had in a nail salon. Whats the point on even making appointments with them? Don’t waste your time and go to a nail salon that will take care of you. Definitely not coming back!!! They just lost a loyal customer
Terrible customer service, bad hospitality, when I walked in it felt like I was disturbing them. Then they have audacity to overcharge when quality doesn't match up. I don't recommend this place, go down the street to Ks luxury nails , its so much better.
Seems like a place for nail techs and their personal clients. I waited about 40 mins on a Sunday and ended up leaving not being served. A lady walked in a sat down with the nail tech and began a conversation. I did not receive no form of communication on how long the wait would be.
Highly recommended nail salon! I’ve been a consumer of professional nail services for more than 30 years! I’ve lived in Houston, Nashville, Boston and Savannah and never had better service, although I have paid a Lot more!
This is a friendly neighborhood salon with most repeat (and REPEAT) clientele. A special shout-out to Thai, my nail tech. He’s fast, professional, and a true artist. I always leave my appointments with beautiful gel nails and a smile! You will never be disappointed. Guaranteed! ????
I would recommend making an appointment, everyone else does and it keeps the flow of the salon. My nail guy was fantastic, loved his work. Definitely would go back
