Really good prices, $28 for regular pedicure. The people that work there are attentive and want to make sure customers are happy. Also tried the powder dip which is great because I always chip my nails.
Definitely recommend calling ahead for an appointment because they are pretty busy.
The one thing I can say is that the people are so nice. I have gone to many nail spas and the service and kindness of these people are by far the best. In other places they are rushing and have no time to explain or desire to. The work they do is quick and looks great.
This was my first time going here with my daughter. I got a pedicure and my daughter full set. Nail tech charged her $80 and $30 my Pedi. Outrageous prices. My Pedi didn't have all the dead skin taken off but overall it was a service provided but nothing impressive.
Dose not matter if you schedule an appointment. Horrible customer service!!! I made an appointment at eleven in the morning and it was passed eleven fifty and they still had not started with me. A girl that came in as a walk in after I had arrived here for my appointment got helped before me. Supper unsatisfied. I don’t recommend anyone to even bother making an appointment because they won’t value it.
I made an appointment for a refill with gel and I asked how much it would be exactly a they told me 30 dollars exact. I went in for color change with gel and after she was done she said 30 dollars I than took out 40 dollars since I only had 20s and expected her to give me my change. Well she didn't instead she said 41 dollars it made me furious how could she change up the price because I pulled out 40 dollars. Such a rip off never going back they lied and raised price.
Omg overall experience was amazing I wish I could rate them more. Josh & lucy take their time and make sure your nails be looking good.
Went in for a nail repair. They did a terrible job. The shape is different than the rest of my nails and when asked if I originally got them done somewhere else I replied yes and they laughed. The place I originally got them done (T20 nails in tri cities) did a much better job and their atmosphere was great and they had amazing customer service. They were doing some kind of work on the pedicure chairs and it was very loud and not at all the way a nail salon should be. Unpleasant atmosphere and poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and go else where.
If you pay attention to detail, this is not the place for you. They are always in a hurry. They never take the time to focus on one client at a time. Oh, and no point in scheduling an appointment because you’re never helped at the time you schedule it. I liked them the first time I went and I thought I would continue to come here but not anymore.
