The store's pretty good. They always have what I need my way of cosmetics and/or hair products. They have a high turnover rate I noticed but the majority of the cashiers are friendly not so sure about management. They seem to be all about business and not concerned about being courteous to customers.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! Not having an Ulta or Saphora in the area sucks, but this store really packs the makeup corner. Huge selection of NYX and a lot of K-beauty and J-beauty brands. Some cheap but good finds and lots of lashes and nails. Plus the amazing selection of wig pieces and hair care! They don't always know the price of items and make up a price but always ask if the price is okay for you.
First of all my cousin got some hair from here before that made her face break out where the weave for her bang was. That should’ve been the final straw. We came here to get burgundy weave and was talked into hair that was a bright red. It just so happened to be on a 50% off rack. When we came to exchange it they rudely told us that it was final sale on 50% although the receipt nor the signs did not say this. The lady I guess that’s in charge got smart and snatched the hair from my cousin and because we gave her attitude back she said we could not get the refund she had agreed to. They are unprofessional and she does not need to be working in customer service. They will not be getting another penny!
I went to this store last Friday to buy some hair and when I swiped my card they told me that the transaction never went through and they charged my account. I made them call the police because they wouldn’t give me my merchandise I paid for they kept telling the police and i that it isn’t their fault and that it happens all of the time I had to walk away with no merchandise and money stolen these people here are a scam and steal peoples money without any remorse. DON’T GO HERE WITHOUT ANY CASH!

Nice place to shop regarding to the hair and products for hair. Good price. You can also get your make-up items too along with other stuff, like beautiful costume jewelries excreta. Make sure you have your mask thou before you enter the store. ????
So I bought soft twist rollers & once I got home I realized I purchased the wrong size. Mind u when I made the purchase I never thought I needed my receipt since I wasn’t planning on returning it or exchanging it. I went back to the store a few days later to exchange for the right size. The manager told me since I didn’t have my receipt she couldn’t exchange it. I asked her to look it up my card & basically said no. This’ a less than $10 item which she could have easily exchanged it for me with the right size which I needed. Customer service means nothing to this so called manager & this’ why I’m never shopping here ever again & will take my business else where. Small businesses continue to ask for our business instead of shopping online but I’d rather shop at Amazon where I know I wldnt be treated like this !
I love that I can find decent prices on some of the make up and nail accessories I love ke to use. I hate that the gentleman that seems to be the GM of this location price gauges on many other items they sell here. Also, was not satisfied with the lack of options for some of their nail/manicure tools.
