This place have come a long long way. I was greeted from the staff and my first word was, WOW! The lady asked me was something wrong and I replied no it's just so neat and clean. I couldn't believe my eyes and the accessories that they have are very nice. I was not overwhelmed or stepping over merchandise nor did I have to squeeze by merchandise. When I was looking around to see what they had outside of hair products, I found a very nice purse to match my boots/belt. The accessories that they have now are really JAZZY!

Was happy with their service, Cece did a great job.

Great store that's been here for decades. However, be weary of braiding hair now especially the Expression kind. This brand is being mixed with fibers that makes it nearly impossible to dip in hot water; therefore, resulting in tangled mess at the ends. Buy a pack & test it before you spend hours and money getting your hair braided. This brand is not cheap and unacceptable that it has diminished in quality over the years. Better yet have your stylist/braider use their own trusted brand.

They have pretty decent customer service since that lady left. She had way too many attitudes for me. I like this store they aren't over priced like the Arab hair stores. You can just about anything you need. I bought this pony tail from them.

Great wigs. The lady at register needs some gold stars. She knew everything. I went with my friend, I got so many ideas. I will be returning soon.

The floor is lumpy and if you are not careful you will get hurt and this was my first time going in that store and I felt like I was being watched and I felt uncomfortable and I actually had to get my boyfriend go get some help for me because nobody was around which I hate .

Only reason they the best in town is because they don't have any competition...other than that blah! If u buy something you better make sure it's really what you need because "all of a sudden" they don't do exchanges. I don't know about anyone else but I don't like shopping at places where I'm gambling my money praying the product is what it is! Ijs
