Customers may be hesitant to return or recommend the place due to concerns about their health and the overall experience.
In conclusion, Tina Nail Arts place has some strengths such as friendly staff, reasonable prices for pedicures with gel, excellent service with beautiful designs, and adherence to COVID protocols. However, weaknesses include the need for cleanliness and renovations, issues with overcharging and poor quality, unprofessional service, and an unclean environment with outdated equipment. It can be alot cleaner and definitely need a renovation. The staff was nice. Decent prices for pedicures with gel .
I have been going here for a little while now, they check temperature and have barriers that's why I go now but after this last time. Tee tried me charged me $81 for my hands and feet polish chipped the next day like it did b4 in the past and I had to go back and let them fix it, then as you can see my feet and hands are not the same color in the family but not same
This time I said forget it. You want get over on me again Tee I work to hard for my money. GOODBYE
I love it. I've been going for 6 years and they always send me out happy, and I'm picky! Highly recommended!
GO TO T & T!!!!! Truly terrible service, very rude. Tina had done my pedicure and had started my manicure, then stopped dead in the middle of it to do somebody else’s gel manicure. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting with my mani half done. She handed me the nail filer and said “do one of your nails so I know how you like them” I did one of my nails and then just filed and shaped the other 9 myself since she said she wouldnt be able to do it how I like it after seeing the first. (Almond shape, pretty basic). It’s as 2 hours from start to finish for a basic, no massage, no extra frills $30 pedicure, and a whopping $65 manicure. I had an appointment. This was a waste of time and money considering She had me do my own nails. This was my second experience here as a local over a years time and both was awful. Do not go here. $95 for basic gel mani and pedi, plus tip for awful service. T&T finishes the same job in 1 hour for $75-80 and has a much nicer salon, more color options, and cleaner, newer chairs, AND THEY DONT MAKE YOU DO YOUR OWN NAILS!
I went in to have my nails done and a pedicure and four of the nails came off with in one day. I had to go back to get them re-done...they’re just not professional and attentive with their work and they make you use hand sanitizer and mask, yet, place looks so unclean. Looks as if you just walk in there you may get sick... the dividers that they have up between their clients are filthy! Not a good business to go get your nails done. In fact, the worst I’ve ever been to no lie! I have
to go back because I have a gift card that I received as a gift...go figure but I really don’t want to. The lady who does the eyebrows she does a good job.
My husband gets a haircut in the same plaza as this business so I decided to give them a try. I regretted it almost immediately. The place isn't clean. I had to ask the gentleman attending me to clean the bowl he wanted me to put my hands in. There was little black stuff floating in it. Eww!
I'm also pregnant and when I asked for someone to help me put on my shoes they looked at me like I just said I was going to shoot up the place! Never again. Not worth the money and def. not worth the risk of getting some kind of disease. Just. Don't.
I paid 76 dollars for a full set one basic design with one single gel color and 4 days later they all popped off. Never again. Also the place smelled bad and all equipment and chairs were really outdated.
My favorite nail shop for Excellent service, and beautiful designs.. They follow all covid protocol.
