I have come here for years and never really had any issues except yesterday I went in and had an appt for my friend and I to get my nails done for my birthday. We get in there and we are extremely rushed through the whole thing. I show her what I wanted and she told me ombré was going to cost extra so whatever I will pay whatever because I’m getting my nails done. This turned out the worst nails I have ever seen in my life. Huge gap because she didn’t push down my cuticles so it looks like I’m already due for a fill. The glitter is just clumped onto the bottom and honestly the worst nails I have ever seen. I absolutely will never go back here. So disappointed.

oth of them were doing they made us feel like we interrupted them rush us thru the process. She put clear tip and as her regulars were walking off the street she rushed more. We will not go back ever. My husband will take me to Springfield. And she was talking in there language talking a out us.

They don't even greet u when u walk in and wait for over 15 min to even get acknowledged after already calling to make an appointment and being told to come on in to wait would definitely NOT go to this place
