My first time going to the tanners. The tanning beds seemed well loved and ready to be upgraded. The staff member when i first came was so educated and nice. They answered all of my questions and concerns with respect and outstanding customer service. But the next few times I stopped in there was a short blonde haired older woman who was very snappy, rude, and short with me. At one point she was also rude to the nice employee i was helped by the first time. I guess her personality is just mean. If it wasn't for the nice employee that helped me so much the first time I visited this would have definitely got a one star.
Staff is courteous. Facility is clean. Beds are in good condition. The super bed is great if you have to tan up fast. This is my second pkg deal, I will be going back for a third.

I've been a client of Trim A Size since 2006 and wouldn't go any place else. The staff has always welcomed me and made feel like family. The beds are clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Trim A Size for your tanning needs.
I’m only giving one star because giving zero isn’t an option. I was never even considering posting a review but when I went to the trim a size on Columbia, the lady asked me how my experience was in the pennfield one and I told her how rude the front desk associate was and she said EVERYONE says that, and we need to report her. Every single time me and my sisters have went in she was rude to us, didn’t smile and 9/10 of the times she didn’t even acknowledge us even if we were the only people in there. She would look at us walk in and continue to be on her phone for another minute or so and THEN speak. She’s also bipolar. She greets you rudely, and then when you leave she’s “somewhat nice”. I don’t know her name but she was super short blonde hair.
I love the salon and beds but the employees are rude. Every time I go in they don't welcome you and even when they're not busy they do not say anything to you when you leave. I have been contemplating getting ahold of management and today really set it off. When I walked in the lady at the desk was on her phone and did not lower it from her face until minutes standing at the counter waiting for her to acknowledge me. After she sent me to a room I undressed put lotion on and noticed she did not set the timer and I could not start the bed so I had to get dressed and go out and ask her to start it; her and other employees just laughed about it. I never feel welcome and its like I'm a burden and interrupting them. I do not have a google account so this is not under the right name.
Love this tanner! I always get great color, but I mainly just come there to see the Best receptionist around<3 she always manages to keep a smile on my face regardless of what she’s going through!

Update still tan at this Tanner very clean .Very clean tanning beds awesome superbed tanning .. I'm Native American. You'd think i wouldn't have to tan but i do tan.anyway lo!!l the point Anyway is I even get darker every time I go into trim a size Here at this location
