Lateefah was absolutely amazing! I explained a previous bad experience I had with another waxing company and she made sure that this was a complete 180. Kind, patient, and informative. Everyone go see her!
Used to go here all the time, stopped going during covid only now to start going back. Love the staff but my waxer missed the top of my bottom both visits and several hairs both times as well as feeling a bIt rushed. I think ill either try out a new waxer or try a new salon.

Edna is always great at her craft Her shop is extremely clean, up to date and very nicely decorated. The staff is pleasant and professional.
Waxes don't usually hurt me, but for some reason at this location, they do. The first time I went felt kind of like a rush and there was a good amount of hair left. The second time I went, I scheduled an appointment with Sol due to her great reviews, but when I got there, she told the other esthetician that she was not seeing anyone else and handed me off to her.
Luckily, she was really great! Got basically every hair off, carried conversation to make me feel comfortable and although she was fast, she took her time. Thank you Beruke for a job well done and for greeting me when I entered although the person I actually made the appointment with, didn't. You are awesome!
