I’ve been going to Upper Level for 6 years now. Taz gives the best hair cuts in Washington hands down. Wherever I go, I always get people asking me where I get my hair cut. If you want good conversation, good vibes, and a clean cut, this is the place to go!
Scheduled appointments for me and my son. Arrived to the location to find that it’s in a suite. Entry required a code which I was never given. Made my way in because a worker from a different place came out just to be greeted by another door with a code. Never got in. I waited until 4:40, no one ever came out to get me. Called half a dozen times and continued going straight to voicemail. Terrible location. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. 1 out 5 stars only because I can’t give it a zero. Would not recommend to anyone who actually WANTS to get a haircut because you’ll just be left trying to find an alternate barber shop anyway.
The experience I receive at this barbershop is unmatched to any I have ever received!!!! So much so that I drive 45 minutes for a haircut. Tas is truly gifted and the best barber in the area hands down!!!
I give 5 stars for the haircut and conversation. Also 5 stars for getting me in same Day. Tasman was a bit abrupt with bringing me on as a new client, but thing improved and I'm glad we met and my hair looks good. Building is awkward to enter and there are no clear instructions on how or where to go either on the website or over the phone.
Very good establishment. Been getting my boy’s and my haircut by Tas for the last 3 years on a regular basis. Good conversation with quick cuts. Reasonably priced for the services provided. Would recommend checking out if you’re looking for a barber in the South Sound. Good lookin on the the cuts Tas!
My older brother had been going here for years and referred me a few years back. Now I’ve been getting cut here for years and started taking my younger brother here too. Always great service and walking out with a clean cut.
Best barbershop in town doesn’t get any better. A real professional barber. I alway leave feeling like a new person. Shoutout to UPPER LVL!
