Do Not!!! I repeat, Do Not!!! Shop at this store!!

My daughter, husband and I just experience the most disrespectful thing. This lady lied right to our face. They followed my husband, daughter and I around to each area. At first I thought it was just a coincidence because the store were busy. I noticed they were following us and I couldn’t believe it. I politely, asked the lady was something wrong. She said no she was just looking for something. We walked up to cash register to begin checking out and I asked the young lady at the register. Is it something going on because the older lady was following us. Can you tell me “Why were we getting followed?” She just shook her head. I felt so hurt behind their behavior. I told her y’all about to lose good customers doing stuff like this. I also told them I would be reaching out to their boss. After, we walked out store one older lady walked out and said she thought my daughter stole lip gloss which my daughter previously had some in her bra because she didn’t have packets because she had on a dress because she was just coming back from a school dance which it was almost empty. I told my daughter to show them. She pulled it out her bra and showed them. The lady say she seen another lil girl take some and my daughter happened walked over shortly and she thought she was stealing as well. My husband tried to explain you can’t just assume stuff like this. That was ridiculous!!!!!!! We recently stopped to get my daughter another bottle of lip gloss and my husband some hair products as well. We are hardworking godly people. I’m like are you serious 99 cent lip gloss. She said because it’s small that’s what they come in there and steal. I asked the lady who is them and why didn’t they just run tape back before behaving like that I’m Very Disappointed!! I’m the law I serve and protect. I advise her if she see something say something. She can’t just assume good hardworking people of stealing.. I asked again.

Please let me & the world see the video. Just because my daughter black and maybe look like other black girls don’t mean she steal. I would like an apology!!!

I bought some crochet hair from this store, and I had to exchanged it because I decided I didn’t want it. The manager examined the hair, then told me I opened the hair. I told her several times that I never opened it. She didn’t want to exchange it. They are quick to take your money, but not able to make an exchange. I will never give them a penny again. Don’t go to this store.

I have been coming here for the past 8 years or so and never experienced any problems. It is my go-to beauty supply even though I no longer live close to it. I like that they have inventory that caters to black hair. I literally just called 5 different beauty supplies looking for a Chi and/or FHI flat iron and no one had it or even knew what I was talking about. I called this place and the woman instantly said “yes.” She didn’t even have to go look or ask how to spell the name.

This store has everything you need and more. Store is very clean and organized.

Was racially profiled during a visit. Followed around the store. I was very much offended. Customer service is lacking and borderline rude. Will not patronize this particular store again….ever.

This is like threeeeeee beauty supply stores of all beauty supply stores. I mean, it's like the Costco of beauty supply stores.

They have everything! I literally drive 40 mins just to go here because I know they'll have what I'm looking for and more.

I come here all the time for basic hair products. Hair gel, braiding hair, deep conditioner. I've never had a problem with them. There are signs saying no returns so I don't understand why you would be mad if they don't honor your request. As of now I'll continue to shop here.

The best Beauty Supply store hands down! Leave out if there having spent a while utility bill! Lol
