Came last week for a dip. Kept repeating that I wanted the color dip they continued to do a gel dip, I let it go. Didn’t make a fuss. Two days later one of my nails completely broke off and the two others chipped badly. I just went back in to see if we could fix them up, the woman was incredibly rude the entire time, making faces at me, ignoring me and walking away. Handled my fingers like they were rags. Rolling her eyes at me - I still did not make a fuss. I had intended to pay/tip whomever helped me but I’m am glad she just left me sitting at the nail bar when my service was complete - I walked out and will not be back.

. She was so rude and she disregarded anything I said . I said I wanted oval nails , she did so pointy . So I showed and told her again I wanted round , then she did then square .
She kept getting angry .she even left a gap between my nails .
She didn’t cut my cuticle or so hand massage .
She finally finished. But they look so awful .
I would not recommend this her .
She is just rude and angry . She did want to listen anything I say .
The ladies who work here are so nice and very patient. It's affordable and nicely done. This is the best place to get your nails done.
Just okay. It was not a relaxing experience. The nail tech ask inappropriate questions and laughed with others after I answered. The manicure was just okay and each time I ask about a service she was sure to inform me about the price. She would say" extra 10 dollar you pay okay" I told her I was getting familiar with their service and wanted to know what they offered. She would say " oh you pay extra okay " " I do now" I told her no thank you just asking. At the end of service I offered my credit card she said" oh you pay have cash?" I told her No. She said "oh for 1st visit you must pay cash". I insisted card was good. They eventually agree ans accepted my payment. Bo that I think of it will never return.
I paid $50 for something I didn’t even ask for. I’m not normally the kind of person who likes to complain but I was super unhappy with the results. First, I had asked for long and she made them medium? More on the shorter side. Secondly, I asked for coffin and she made 2 slanted which granted it happens but when I told her she blamed the shape of my hand or finger I should say? Who does that?! Never coming here again
Had my nails done by TUAN he did such a great job I’m super picky with my acrylics and he did them nice and thin and shaped them beautifully. I wanted a Clearish color with Matte on top and they came out perfect. Highly recommend this place ????
