This was the first time ive gotten cornrows. I am asian so my hair is different from the people that Vicky usually works on and my experience might be different. I believe it was also her first time working with asian hair and my hair is really long so this took about 2 hrs. I really like it for my first time and they came out really nice. Her mom was there when i had my appt and she helped detangle my hair which was really nice. I had expected the hairline of where hair was being added to line up (see top view photo) and there are a few thin hair bumps but again since it was my first time and her first time working with my hair i still think it is really good.

Note that the bend in my braids are from having them in a sleep cap. Also, she is very nice and you can talk to her easily but because she is from a different culture do not expect “american customer service”, and i say that as a good thing. I, personally enjoyed her company. I mainly rated 4/5 stars because the salon was clean but it was messy

We’ve been going to Vicky’s for a couple years. She is always so friendly and does an excellent job on crochet hair. The best thing is to show her a picture of your vision and she creates a masterpiece. The install doesn’t fall out; she knows what’s she doing. It’s always a pleasure catching up with her and her mother when she’s in town.

Vicki braids is the best salon in the IE!! I frequent the salon every 2-3 months for box braids. Customers service is great. Vicki can do any style of braids you like. I highly recommended this salon. You will be happy every time.

I booked with Vicky based on reviews read on here and I am glad I did! I drove 45 minutes for her to braid my hair and was not disappointed. Vicky is sweet, kind, shows amazing attention to detail and takes her time to ensure she is doing quality work. I immediately got compliments after leaving her salon and I already recommended her to someone. If you are in the Corona, Lake Elsinore or Menifee area, Vicky should be your go to for braids. Vicky does the braids so neatly, love love them. And her hand is not heavy,I don't leave her saloon with hair all too tight. Recommend anyone looking to have fabulous braids. ????
