I always get my nails done at Bellas and they never disappoint. However this past Saturday morning I got my nails done and at the end of the night they were chipping away. A gel manicure always last me about two to three weeks.
I went back on a Tuesday due to busy schedule and asked if they can re do my nails. One of the employees said he can only have the ones chipped re done. My gel manicure was peeling off completely!! So I only was allowed to fix 5 of my nails ????♀️
The nail technician Vicky saw how bad they were and she fixed them all ❤️ I appreciate that she was understanding and fixed my nails.
In love with my nails. (GRACE) it’s awesome. She it’s always on point with the designs.

Colors start to turn brown and change colors not even a week later. Rude , nasty and hiring Spanish people off the street to pay them cheaper !! ! Middle nail cricket and they’re pretending they don’t see it !! Cool
I don’t like to leave negative reviews but Ive been coming to Bella’s for a few years now and lately Ive been dissatisfied. I drive 30 mins to get my nails done here because of their skills and prices. If I bring a photo, Cherry will match it almost to the exact. My complaints are 1) Cherry is not friendly. She seems like she always has an attitude. I go to her because I like her work. You sit in the chair she doesn’t greet you even if you say hi to her. I thought maybe once in awhile she had a bad day but this is all the time. I tip her and she NEVER says thank you or acknowledges it. 2) Lately my nails have been chipping after a few days. I plan my nail appointments according to my schedule so it is difficult for me to drive 30 mins to come back just to get a chipped nail fixed. This last time I came back to get my nail fixed and 2 days later another nail chipped. I am unable to drive a 3rd time in one week. I get acrylic so my nails shouldn’t be chipping so easily. Now my nails look sloppy because I have chipped paint and it snags my hair. This now make me want to pay the extra money and find a salon closer to me at this point. Better customer service (Cherry) and better products so they don’t chip so fast!
Very nice quick service. Sonny did my, my friend and her daughters nails. He was friendly and got us all done quickly. I would def recommend him!
Love my nails with Kim, she was great. However whoever did my toes I didn’t like them and she said it was fine. I did gel I guess I have to go somewhere else to get them removed and re done
I wish I can give a 0 star review but since I cannot here is a 1 star review. My daughter got a gel manicure on Friday. by Wednesday the gel in 7 of the 10 nails peeled off completely. They did not chip they actually peeled all the way off. I called to ask them to credit my account since I live out of state and the rude man who picked up the phone and eventually hung up on me said they were unable to do so. He proceeded to say that some of the color peels off to which I responded if you know the color peels off you should not offer those colors. I used to enjoy the salon a few years ago when I lived in state. I see now the service and quality has gone downhill. I will not be returning and also will not ever be referring anyone.
i usually don’t like going to nail salons but i got recommended jessie came here and they took me right away and she did an amazing job and she’s fast !!my nails have lasted a month and still haven’t came off that’s my girl , love youuu
