Not a fan. Location is too big for the amount of things in the store. So empty feeling. Cost way too much when you can go up the street to 2 or 3 other spots with the same items. Same quality. They sell you something quick and you barely get to look at it. No return on unused items same day purchase. Full pressure to buy. Go somewhere they ain't trying to just sell you anything. It a beauty spot poor customer service.
Don’t purchase their Laflare hair… worst hair I ever purchased. Hair sheds and tangles like crazy. Had the hair sewn in for 3 days. I called the owners to let them know and they pretty much told me too bad so sad . So now I out of money and a hair style. Won’t be spending my money at any store that will not rectify situations gone wrong from products purchased from their store.
I really liked this place. I walked around every single aisle. Good prices, random stuff, and my sister left with a lot of good things.

Run away from that store or make sure that the wig that you buy 100% natural hair, is real and not mixed with synthetic hair. Bought a wig from that store on 0/27/2020, for a value of 112.96 dolars. Today I wash it a second time (I don't use it often) and I can't comb it. I'm so frustrated I don't know what to do with the wig. They scammed me and since 6 months have passed since I bought it, I no longer think I can claim anything from them. It's disappointing. It's the second time I've been taken for a fool in that store.
